On this day, my mother made a lot of dishes. I looked at it and I wanted to eat it. Later, my sister and sister came to my house. We all prepared to have a reunion dinner. Everyone has some fun, I am playing with my sister in the bedroom.

The 15th day of the lunar calendar is the traditional Mid-Autumn Festival in China. This is the middle of the fall, so it is called the Mid-Autumn Festival. As early as the Mid-Autumn Festival in the Tang Dynasty, it became the second largest traditional festival in China after the Spring Festival. It has been more than a thousand years old. In 2008, the Mid-Autumn Festival and the Ching Ming Festival and the Dragon Boat Festival became national legal holidays.

The name of the Mid-Autumn Festival comes from the Chinese lunar calendar. The Lunar New Year is divided into four seasons. Each season is divided into three parts: Meng, Zhong and Ji. Therefore, the Mid-Autumn Festival is also called “Zhongqiu”.

There are many other names for the Mid-Autumn Festival: because its festival is on August 15th, it is called "August Festival" and "August and a half"; and because the moon on August 15 is more round than the full moon in other months. More bright, the main activities of the Mid-Autumn Festival are "month", so it is also called "moon eve", "autumn festival", "Zhongqiu festival", "August meeting", "chasing the moon festival", " Play the moon festival, "the moon festival" and so on. The moon of the Mid-Autumn Festival is extraordinarily bright and round, and is regarded as a symbol of family reunion. Therefore, it is called "Reunion Festival".
