Complaint trap

Why did the Mianyang People's Hospital impose such heavy penalties on Lan Yuefeng on several suspicious patient complaints?

On a publicity material prepared by the People's Hospital and the Mianyang Women's Federation and other units, the People's Hospital purchased the 730 color ultrasound with the aid of Macao. The Southern Weekend reporter also noticed that the “four-dimensional color ultrasound” machine on the propaganda materials of the People’s Hospital was quite different from the color ultrasound machine actually used by the department.
