In October 2019, I participated in the open selection of college graduates from Yunnan Province to take the college exams. After passing a rigorous examination and interview, I was fortunate to be a university student village official. I was assigned to the village of ~~~ as an assistant to the secretary. With full of enthusiasm and good ambiguity, I came to the grassroots. Just as I greedily learn and feel everything in the grassroots countryside , I have a new understanding and experience of grassroots rural areas and my own work.

I will summarize my work, study and life in the past four months as follows:

First, work aspects

1. Understand the village situation and the people's feelings

The ~~~, where I work, is located in the northern part of the county. It is 20 kilometers away from the county. It is the location of the government of the ~~~~ township, and is also the location of the township market. The area of ​​the jurisdiction is 13 square kilometers. ~~~~~ The village has 5 natural villages and 8 villager groups. There are 436 households with 1,544 people, including 963 laborers. The village has a total of 1228.5 acres of arable land, including: 684 acres of paddy fields, 544.5 acres of dry land. Yongfu Village is mainly based on traditional planting. The main crops are rice, wheat, broad beans, rapeseed and corn. The economic crops include big tree bayberry, chestnut, cherry, walnut and nectarine.

Under the guidance and leadership of the village party branch secretary and other village group cadres, I went to the village to understand the people's feelings and understand the economy and people's livelihood in the village. I quickly became familiar with the work of the village committee and quickly entered the job role.

2. Assist in supporting the work of the branch

Assist in the processing of some written materials in daily work, write some relevant work plans and summary reports, use the computer knowledge you know to help process some electronic materials, copy, print, and enter data. Make a meeting record at the village group meeting to assist in the completion of remote audio-visual work. Seriously complete the work of the village committee on duty.

Second, learning

1. Strengthen political theory learning

In the past four months, I have seriously studied Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory, and xx "Three Represents" important ideas, and participated in educational development activities such as the Scientific Outlook on Development, and earnestly studied the spirit of the Party's 17th National Congress. Seriously study the various policies of the Party Central Committee, especially the policies and guidelines for benefiting the people, and understand the various policy methods of the Party Central Committee that are concerned with solving the "three rural issues." Through learning, I have strengthened my sense of responsibility and mission, strengthened my ideals and beliefs, cleared my work ideas, and encouraged the officers.

2. Strengthen business knowledge learning

After attending the work, I carefully studied various books related to rural work, learned about various laws and regulations, and strengthened the study of various knowledge of the party, and learned some agricultural science and technology. At the same time, I also actively communicated with the leaders at the higher levels to learn how to handle rural disputes and handle specific affairs, and used the learning kits for work practice, innovating work thinking and methods, and greatly improving work efficiency.

Third, life aspects

Under the careful support of the village party secretary and the members of the village group, my living conditions are very good. It is very convenient to eat and live. The branch secretary often talks with me, understands my life situation, and always gives me care and help. So I quickly adapted to the life here, there was no worry in life, and the work went smoothly.

In this work, I learned a lot of things, but I also found a lot of deficiencies in myself. In the future work, I will study harder, improve myself as soon as possible, and earnestly complete my work.

The four months have passed quickly, but I still have a certain understanding of the grassroots and the countryside . I also deeply understand the good intentions of the party and the government. I will work harder and study in the future work.
