Village official annual work summary

Since I took office, I always remember my vows, "rooted at the grassroots level, diligent and dedicated, hard work, courage to practice, and contribute to the building of a new socialist countryside ." In 2019, with the care and support of the leaders at the higher levels, with the help of my colleagues and my own efforts, I have made great progress in my thinking and work. I will report my work as follows:

First, go deep into the people, familiar with the feelings of the people

Although I grew up here, I have been studying abroad for many years and I don’t know much about the changes in the village. Therefore, in order to do a good job, I must first be familiar with the village and understand the changes in the village over the years. During the first ten days of my work, I was doing this work every day, visiting people in the public, familiar with the people's feelings; visiting old party members to understand the construction of grassroots organizations; and asking village officials to master the industrial conditions in the village. Through nearly half a month of hard work, I basically understand the situation in the village.

The total area of ​​our village is 90 square kilometers, the forest area is 65,000 mu, the cultivated land area is 3,200 mu, and there are 858 households with a total population of 2,970, with a total of nine village groups. There are three branches under the general branch of the village party, six party groups, 65 party members, and 2 probationary members. There are 450 households of various professional households in the village, including 620 growers, including 320 households, including 49 households of Chinese herbal medicines and 6 households. The per capita income is 5,700 yuan. The village collective earns about 300,000 yuan a year.

Second, study hard and improve your thinking and understanding

I know that I have just been out of school. I still have shortcomings in my ideological understanding. Therefore, since the development of the scientific development concept, I have actively studied, seriously grasped the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee, and studied the scientific development concept. Work hard to learn and practice the scientific concept of development, and record the learning experience. Through study and practice, my ideological understanding has made great progress, and I can take root at the grassroots level with peace of mind and enhance my awareness of serving the people.

Third, rooted at the grassroots level, serving the people

In 2019, I guided the scientific outlook on development and carried out various tasks around the purpose of serving the people. To collect rich information for the villagers, the first thing to do every day is to log in to the rural network, browse the information and help the villagers to publish supply and demand information. There is a library in the village, but the books are not very complete. Sometimes the villagers will be disappointed if they can't find the books they need. In order to meet the needs of the villagers, I recorded the books I needed and contacted the agricultural center to help the villagers find the books they needed. At the same time, I also assisted the secretary in carrying out the scientific development concept of learning and practice activities, and formulated the implementation plan for the study and practice activities of the scientific development concept of our village.

Fourth, the existing shortcomings

Although I have made some progress through more than three months of study and practice, I know that there are still many shortcomings. In the study, I am not strict enough on my own requirements, and I am negligent when I am busy with my work. In addition, the way to handle some things is not mature enough.

V. 2019 work plan

In this era of continuous improvement and increasingly fierce competition, if you do not study in depth, it is like "going against the water, not going back." Therefore, in the new year, first of all, I must strengthen my studies and strive to improve my theoretical standards. Second, improve your ability to solve problems. Third, be brave in practice, give play to your own advantages, and help villagers get rich.
