4. Due to the low efficiency of grain production, the area is decreasing year by year, and the difficulty of project implementation is gradually increasing.
5. Soil testing and formulating Fertilization work involves thousands of households, with a large area and heavy work tasks. It is still difficult to promote the technology to each farmer and implement it to each plot.
