4. If Party B violates various rules and regulations, Party A may impose penalties according to the penalties of the department. The circumstances are serious to terminate the labor relationship and deal with it according to the regulations of the fire brigade and Lianzhong Company.
5. Party B resigns after less than one year of work in Party A. According to the automatic resignation, the resignation is for the company to deduct the unpaid salary and not refund the training fee deposit of 200 yuan.
6. In special circumstances, Party B shall cancel the letter of responsibility and submit an application to Party A in writing 30 days in advance. The automatic transfer will not refund the training deposit of 200 yuan without approval and deduct the unpaid salary. Completed for 3 days in a row, treated as an automatic resignation officer.
four. Remuneration for labor remuneration is performed in accordance with the regulations of Lianzhong Company.
