Party A shall employ Party B as an economic and legal advisor for business work needs. This contract is concluded after consultation between the two parties.

1. Party B accepts the appointment of Party A and assigns ____________________ to be Party A's annual economic and legal advisor.

Third, the scope of work of legal counsel
