In order to ensure the quality of driving training and establish the rights and obligations of the training parties, the agreement shall be established through friendly consultations between Party A and Party B. Party A and Party B shall abide by them.

I. Rights and obligations of both parties

1. Party A shall conduct training for Party B in strict accordance with the teaching items and hours specified in the "Syllabus for Motor Vehicle Driver Training in the People's Republic of China" to ensure the quality of training and shall not lower the standards for Party B.

2. Party A shall provide Party B with training vehicles, theoretical textbooks, training instructors, training venues, and arrange Party B to train in the sections prescribed by the public security department. The vehicles provided by Party A shall be coaches that meet the requirements of the public security department and pass the examination. The quality of the car and the car are good. The car capacity and appearance are clean and tidy, with no odor and no damage.

3. Party A shall formulate a teaching plan according to the requirements of the "Syllabus" and schedule a training time with Party B in advance. Party A cannot reserve more than 4 people at a time to use the same coach for practical operation.

4. Party A provides quality services for Party B, creates a good training environment, and has measures to ensure Party B's safety during training.

5. Party A guarantees respect for the students, civilized teaching, legal operation, and honest administration. The coach shall not collect Party B's money or request Party B's banquet and provide consumer entertainment activities in any way or for any reason.

6. Party B shall truthfully provide the materials necessary for the study of the vehicle in accordance with the provisions of the public security department, and shall bear legal responsibility.

7. Party B shall conduct study and training in accordance with the learning plan formulated by Party A. In the course of training, Party A shall comply with Party A's relevant management regulations. Party B shall damage the teaching facilities and equipment and shall be compensated according to the price.

8. Party B believes that Party A's coaches have poor service attitude and improper teaching methods, and have the right to file an objection to Party A or request to change coaches.

9. Both Party A and Party B shall conduct training and assessment according to the time of appointment, and shall not be absent without reason. The party responsible for compensation shall be compensated by the responsible party for no reason. Responsibility is the responsibility of the responsible party due to the unsatisfactory learning quality or the extended learning period due to the absence of the other party.

10. The examination time of each subject of Party B shall be subject to the examination department arrangement, and Party A shall not delay the scheduling of Party B without cause.

11. Party A and Party B shall fill out the "Motor Train Driver Training Teaching Log" truthfully after each teaching, and shall not falsify. Party A and Party B shall supervise and sign each other and assume legal responsibility. During the study period, Party B has the right to view its own “Teaching Journal”, which is kept by Party A for more than four years.

12. If Party B has passed the assessment after completing the required training hours of each stage of driving, it has not yet reached the teaching objectives of the "Syllabus". The two parties have agreed to increase the training time. The additional fee for the increase of school hours shall be mutually agreed by both parties. If the training time is increased, Party B still fails to meet the teaching objectives of the "Syllabus", and Party B is responsible for its responsibility.

Second, training time

1. This Agreement shall become effective after the signing of the Agreement by both parties, the payment by Party B and the application of registration by Party A to the Public Security Department. Party A shall complete the training of Party B in accordance with the requirements of the "Syllabus" during the validity period of the student registration, and shall make an appointment to the public security department within 3 working days. After Party B passes the public security department examination and obtains a driver's license, the agreement is automatically terminated.

2. After the signing of this Agreement and the payment by Party B, Party A shall arrange for Party B to learn the fastest class.

3. After Party B passes the examination, Party A shall arrange Party B to practice on the train within 3 days. Both Party A and Party B shall make an appointment to the other party 2 days in advance for training and conduct training according to the agreed time. Party A must arrange at least 12 hours of actual operation of Party B every week. For example, if several trainees concentrate on one car and take turns to practice the train, Party B’s individual study time counts only the actual training time of the person.

4. After Party A obtains the student status from each party and passes the examination of each subject, if Party B has not arranged for Party B to carry out the next stage of training within 5 working days, Party B shall be deemed to have breached the contract, Party B has the right to request withdrawal, and Party A shall return all Party B’s fees and Compensation for liquidated damages _______ yuan.

Third, the price

1. Party A collects the following fees that have been publicized from Party B:

1) Theoretical training tuition _______ yuan;

The total cost is _______ yuan.

Party A will no longer charge for the training fee specified in the Syllabus. If non-training fees other than the agreement are added, Party A shall provide Party B with valid charging basis and standards.

The cost of the training is divided into four parts:

Theoretical training tuition;

Practical training tuition;

The cost of driving school collection;

Other fees, such as special service fees for one person, one car, and additional examination fees for the implementation of the electronic post test. Other than that, there should be no other charges.

2. If Party A agrees with Party B, if Party B lacks the test or needs to make up the test, Party B shall bear the cost of the test.

3. After the entry into force of this Agreement, one party shall terminate the payment of the liquidated damages _______ as agreed upon by the other party and reach an agreement.

4. Party A must accept Party B's complaints against Party A's staff members in violation of relevant regulations and this Agreement, and respond within _______ days. When Party B disputes the services provided by Party A, it shall be friendly consultations. If the negotiation fails, it may file a complaint with the relevant administrative department.

5. Supplementary terms:

After Party B passes the examination, Party A will provide the driver's license service, and the relevant expenses are already included in the charge.

This Agreement is made in two copies, each party holding one copy and having the same effect.
