1. The two sides shall, in good faith cooperation and common development, form this Agreement through friendly negotiation.

4. Party B shall read this Agreement in detail and understand all relevant provisions of Party A. It shall have a high degree of recognition and loyalty to Party A's business philosophy and shall voluntarily maintain and abide by all rules and regulations of Party A.

5. Party A shall give different rewards according to the sales performance of Party B. For details, please refer to the “Member Market Consumption Plan Book” and issue bonuses according to its regulations. Party A shall not bear any other expenses of Party B.

6. If Party B directly develops Party A's regional management center or service station, Party A shall give Party B a one-time award. According to the rewards given by each alliance store in the company's first purchase pv value, Party B shall be responsible for personal income tax.

7. In order to facilitate Party B's expansion of the market, Party A shall provide Party B with valid documents and company promotional materials, detailed instructions for the company's serialized products, and cooperate with Party B to do sales and service work.

8. Party B can enjoy various promotional programs, promotional items, investment promotion policies and various incentive policies provided by Party A, and accept Party A's professional market training, marketing mentality, skills, ideas and other courses.

9. Party B is responsible for collecting and analyzing local market information for Party A, and providing it to Party A in a timely and accurate manner.

10. Both Party A and Party B must abide by the relevant provisions of the state labor department and laws, and must not act in violation of the law and discipline, and strictly implement Party A's market protection policy. It is strictly forbidden to maliciously cut prices, raise prices, and disrupt the market. Otherwise, Party A will cancel. Party B qualification.

11. If there is any change in Party B's personal data, Party A shall promptly notify Party A. Otherwise, Party B's performance loss or failure to obtain bonuses and other losses will be borne by Party B itself, and has nothing to do with Party A.

12. If the company is unable to operate normally due to force majeure or unpredictable factors, Party A shall try its best to remedy, but shall not bear any responsibility.

13. If there are any unfinished matters in the above terms, the parties may negotiate.

14. This Agreement is valid for one year and may be renewed upon expiration.

15. This Agreement shall be in duplicate, and Party A, Party B and the local Union store shall each hold one copy, which shall become effective after signing and shall have the same legal effect.
