Party B strictly abides by Party A's rules and regulations, does not violate the regulations, prevents accidents during the labor process, and reduces occupational hazards.

Article 6 Party A shall pay wages to Party B in the following form:

Article 7 Party B's daily working hours shall not exceed 8 hours, and the average weekly working hours shall not exceed 40 hours. Party A may extend the working hours after consultation with the trade union and Party B due to the needs of production and operation. Generally, it shall not exceed one hour per day. If it is necessary to extend the working hours for special reasons, the working hours shall be extended under the condition of ensuring the health of Party B. More than 3 hours, but no more than 36 hours per month.

If Party A needs to implement a special working hour system for work, it shall report to the district/county labor administrative department for approval in advance.

If Party A arranges for Party B to work overtime, Party B shall pay Party B overtime to pay wages according to state regulations.

Article 8 Party A shall handle Party B's social insurance for work-related injuries and major illnesses in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

Article 9 If Party B violates the rules and regulations such as the quality of the post and the operating procedures of the processed products, resulting in unqualified product quality and economic losses, Party A shall be liable for compensation according to the corresponding provisions of Party A.

Article 10 If Party B has one of the following circumstances, Party A may cancel this contract at any time:

During the trial period, it is proved that it does not meet the conditions of employment;

There are acts of stealing property, gambling, taking drugs, fighting and fighting;

Serious dereliction of duty, malpractice, and serious damage to the interests of Party A;

Serious violation of labor discipline and Party A's rules and regulations, in line with Party A's termination of labor contract conditions;

Serious violation of product quality management regulations;

Violation of laws and regulations, being punished for detention or reeducation through labor;

Being investigated for criminal responsibility according to law.

Article 11 If Party B terminates this contract, Party B shall notify Party A in writing ____ days in advance. Party B shall voluntarily resign and shall bear the economic losses caused to Party A.

Article 12 If Party B causes losses to Party A during the period of performance of the labor contract, Party B shall be liable for compensation.

Article 14 If a dispute arises between the two parties in the performance of this contract, it shall, within 60 days from the date of the occurrence of the labor dispute, apply to the labor dispute arbitration committee of Party A for arbitration. Article 15 Where the matters not covered in this contract or contrary to the provisions of relevant laws and regulations are implemented in accordance with relevant regulations.
