Article 8 Labor Insurance Benefits: Party A shall pay Party B medical expenses, sick pay, disability pension, retirement pension and other labor insurance benefits in accordance with the provisions of the State Labor Insurance Regulations.
Party B enjoys 7 days of national legally paid holidays such as New Year's Day, Spring Festival, "May 1" and "11". If the family members of Party B are in the field, and Party B implements the plan for childbearing, they shall enjoy the treatment of family leave and the treatment of family leave in accordance with the provisions of the State. If Party B meets the company's leave conditions, Party B shall enjoy annual leave treatment.
Article 9 Labor Protection: Party A shall provide labor protection articles and health food products to Party B according to the requirements of production and work.
Party A shall provide corresponding labor protection for female employees during menstruation, pregnancy, puerperium and lactation according to national regulations.
Article 10 Labor Discipline: Party B shall abide by the laws and regulations of the State, the Staff Rules and the rules and regulations of Party A.
Article 11 Reward and Punishment: Party A will give Party B material and spiritual rewards according to the company's work attitude, labor performance and contribution according to the company's reward and punishment regulations. If Party B violates the Staff Rules and other rules and regulations of Party A, Party A shall have the right to discriminate Party B.
