Trial contract


Party A:
Party B:
According to the national labor management regulations and the employment methods of the company's employees, Party A recruits Party B as a trial employee. The two parties sign the trial contract on an equal and voluntary basis and agree to abide by the terms of this agreement.
First, the trial contract period:
The trial period is monthly, from the date of the year to the day of the month.
Second, according to Party A's work arrangements, Party B is employed in the workplace.
3. Party A's monthly salary for Party B is RMB. After the trial period expires and passes the examination, the formal labor contract can be signed according to the principle of equal negotiation.
4. Basic rights and obligations of Party A:
1. Party A's rights ● Have the right to require Party B to abide by national laws and company rules and regulations;
● During the trial period, Party B has the right to terminate the contract if Party B seriously violates labor discipline or corporate rules and regulations. If Party B’s actions cause losses to Party A, Party B shall compensate them and investigate the legal responsibility if the circumstances are serious;
● During the trial period, Party B shall be responsible for any accidents such as illnesses and disability caused by personal reasons;
2. Party A's obligations ● Provide Party B with the necessary working conditions;
● Responsible for educating and training Party B on professional ethics, business skills and company rules and regulations;
5. Basic rights and obligations of Party B.
1. Party B's rights ● Enjoy all civil rights granted by national laws and regulations;
● The right to enjoy the benefits of the company's rules and regulations;
● If the unit is changed during the trial period, Party A must be notified one month in advance, and the parties will negotiate to terminate the trial contract;
2. Party B's obligations ● Comply with national laws and regulations and civic obligations as stipulated by the local government;
● Obey the company's rules and regulations, employee handbooks, and behavioral norms;
● The obligation to maintain the company's reputation and interests.
6. Other rights and obligations of Party A ● During the trial period, Party B is not qualified for work or fraudulently does not meet the conditions for employment. Party A has the right to terminate this contract in advance;
● Party B has outstanding performance, Party A can end the trial in advance and sign a formal labor contract with Party B;
7. Other rights and obligations of Party B ● If the trial period expires, it has the right to decide whether to sign a formal labor contract;
● Have the right to participate in the democratic management of the company and make reasonable proposals;
● Objection and complaints are unfair discrimination against Party B's trial identity.
8. If there are any outstanding matters in this contract, the parties shall deal with them in accordance with the principle of friendly negotiation.
9. This contract is made in two copies. Each of Party A and Party B shall hold one copy and shall have the same effect.
