Second, although our field was the first to be produced in several plain forest farms, it also has a certain scale and brand influence, but compared with some advanced enterprises, our technical level and marketing network are very weak. The ability to withstand market risks is still very low, so the economic benefits of our “one wheat, one bean” are also very low, and there is no other industry to supplement it. Although we have 30 greenhouses this year, for our small Guilin field Some employees are still new things, and they are still in the process of groping forward, so we generally have relatively weak ability to counter market risks and get rich quickly.
Third, the cultural level of our employees is not too high. In the face of the era of knowledge economy, the pace of industrial restructuring is very slow.
