Summary of continuing education training for Chinese small music teachers

The notice of receiving the training was on the morning of Monday, the second week of school, which was quite unexpected. First, I just started school. My class teacher's work and teaching work has just started. Second, I just attended the training of Chinese small-key music teachers in the summary of continuing education training for Chinese small music teachers in the last semester last April. On the 15th, I really want to thank the school leaders for giving me another opportunity to learn and improve.

At 8:30 in the morning of September 14, a group of 8 Kaihua music teachers came to the Zhangzhou Technical Training Center. Everyone looked forward to the training to bring benefits to themselves. Sure enough, as soon as I came to the classroom, the large number of teachers on the blackboard continued to educate the work summary essay "Welcome Ukrainian experts to guide!" Let us be excited. Is there a foreign expert? Is it a lecture or a lecture for us? With a guess we are quietly looking forward to it. In a short while, the city's teaching and research staff wished the teacher to lead three "foreigners" into the classroom. It turned out to be Nina, the chorus conductor professor of Zhejiang Normal University. I saw her on TV in this year's Youth Song Competition. The piano accompaniment is her daughter, and one is her student and translator. When Nina entered the classroom, she told the teacher who participated in the training in her unskilled Chinese, re-ranked according to the high, medium and low voices, and listened to the sound of each male teacher at a very fast speed. Divided into male high and male low. The first impression Nina gave me was to be motivated. Then I started to practice the sound, one after another, without leaving a little gap in practice, people can't do it. Pxzj/Nina tells us that although the sound is small but also music, we should regard it as the most beautiful music to sing. Yes, music is not big or small, as long as you have a heart that loves music. Nina gave me a second impression - love music. Wang Luobin’s "Pick up your hijab" and Schubert's "Silver Serpent" are the two choruses that Nina chose for everyone. I admire Nina for being able to interpret a pure Chinese national style song. In place, as a Chinese, especially a music teacher, we are all self-satisfied. In Nina, I deeply felt the charm of music. Regardless of nationality, regardless of nationality, people with different skin colors and different languages can use music to build a bridge of soul. In the afternoon is Nina's daughter's piano lecture. This beautiful Russian girl has been working in China for four years, with superb piano skills and advanced teaching concepts. She introduced us to the problems that are often encountered in daily piano teaching. How to choose Etude, Polyphony and music, how to grasp the style of the music by understanding the composer's background and personal life experience, and to learn in teaching. One lesson grabbed a key point to practice and so on, as if I had returned to college to concentrate on listening to my favorite major. Several daring music teachers seized this rare opportunity to immediately worship her and play on the spot. Since joining the work, this is the first time that I have returned to the classroom to learn professional experience as a student. From the definition of the professional quality of Chinese small music teachers under the new curriculum standards, whether the goal of music education training can be realized smoothly depends on the professional level and comprehensive ability of music teachers. Music teachers can only make their majors work in education and teaching work if they are diligent in their daily work and life.

The next morning, everyone watched the two music appreciation classes of Mr. Hu Shengchun from Changshan and Mr. Huang Rixin from Yiyizhong. The voice of Hu Shengchun's teacher and the voice of Huang Rixin's teacher left a deep impression on me. It can be seen that the use of professional expertise by teachers in the music classroom can not only enhance the classroom teaching effect but also show the teacher's personal charm. In the afternoon, we also met Mr. Wu Yaoxiang, the vice president of Hangzhou Victory State and the stunt teacher of Zhejiang Province. Teacher Wu is an idol of our music teacher in Zhangzhou. Her music class not only makes children linger, but also deeply attracts every teacher who attends classes. In August of this year, Teacher Wu took a class to participate in the World Music Education Conference held in Beijing. She used her music class full of musical charm and personal charm to conquer the peers from all over the world. Teacher Wu is a person who is passionate about music education. It is the enthusiasm of that pursuit that allowed her to go out of Zhangzhou and go out of Zhejiang to go abroad. She gave us all the music teachers a few requirements. Quality education requires the unremitting efforts of music teachers. In the music classroom, the importance of the basic skills of students' music can be brought closer to the developed countries.

With the harvest, we embarked on the return journey, and there are many and many things that need to be invested in reflecting on our professional study and education. I am also deeply aware of the responsibility and mission on the shoulder. As a music teacher in the new century, I am willing to meet various challenges, constantly enrich and improve myself, love music and love education, and contribute to improving the music quality of all students and improving music teaching.
