First, clear goals, strengthen leadership, and plan to be detailed

According to the faculty of the school, various school-based training programs such as teacher education work plan, school-based training plan, class guide, new teacher training program, etc. have been formulated, making full use of the teacher training resources inside and outside the school to train all aspects of the teacher. Leaders attach importance to and ensure that the system is guaranteed, and the practical and feasible system is the guarantee for the smooth progress of teacher education. 1. Strengthen teacher training and improve the theoretical level of teacher business.

In the context of improving the connotation of teachers, this semester puts the work of organizing teachers to conduct business theory studies in the first place. At the beginning of the semester, according to the characteristics of the school, the study topics of this semester were formulated, and the teachers were trained in new courses and business theory. Make full use of school-based training for classroom teaching, self-learning, and exchange of teaching experience. On the basis of writing Wanzi reading notes and reading educational masterpieces, each teacher should combine his own teaching department with his own teacher to actually write a teaching case and at least one teaching reflection; at least 20 lessons per semester. 2. Strengthen the school-based training management of teachers

The continuous improvement of the school-based teaching and research work can be carried out in more depth.

Through continuous practice-reflection, our school provides a good learning, training atmosphere and environment for the development of teachers, so that each teacher has different degrees of development.

Third, some achievements.

In April, I accepted the inspection and assessment of the superiors. The 9 classes of the school passed the assessment. The training of the class guides in our school was remarkable. It was rated as the advanced collective of the school district, and the teacher Xie Leping was rated as an advanced individual in the school district. 10 years of school-based credits can reach more than 16 points. At the same time, the teachers who have been in full swing, the teachers can consciously complete the tasks of the higher level, the results are gratifying, and the work has been recognized and appreciated by the school district leaders.
