For a class teacher, the most challenging problem in class management is the naughty children who are poor and add to the class all day long. They have brought resistance to the management of the class, not only undermining the learning atmosphere of the entire class, but also repeatedly making the same mistakes, affecting the learning behavior of other students, and having a very bad impact on the entire class. “Everything is possible” means that the teacher is calm, patient, and tolerant to these children. It is necessary to have great patience to teach, calmly deal with the things that happen to them, have a tolerant heart, and forgive them, and the result will surprise you. "Everything is possible."

It is really shameful to recall the past treatment of poor students. I made a mistake and yelled. I always thought that the mistake was on them. I was blind in dealing with the problem. I never analyzed it. I stood by them and thought about the root cause of the problem. So that they made the same mistake again and again. Did not solve the root cause of the problem.

Wang Shang, our class, is such a child. Not only is it not well studied, but it is also the most naughty child in the class. She is often called to the office by the director. Everything in the class has his share. Moreover, this child has a strong personality and a strong temper. If the teacher's education is so powerful, he will refute and even talk back. Almost all the teachers are all hateful. Therefore, I have never taken it seriously in dealing with the problem. I know that the mistake is always in his body. In the end, I said that the two sentences are so sloppy, I have not found the root of the problem deeper, and patiently teach and influence him. This is a big mistake in my work. Calmly deal with the problems that occur, patiently ask questions, find solutions, and solve the root causes of problems. Tolerate him with a tolerant heart.
