Safe Production Law Act

In order to implement the spirit of the “Notice on Forwarding the “Year of the Law on the Safety Production Law” issued by the xx City Safety Production Bureau, this year, in the city’s education system, the Chinese small teachers and students will study in depth. 》, “Study on Student Injury Accidents” and other legal and regulatory knowledge competition activities, promote safe and civilized campus creation activities, and accelerate the comprehensive management of schools and surrounding public security. A program of law-enforcement activities is now in place.
I. The establishment of the Municipal Education Bureau established the “XX City Education Bureau, the city's schools and the surrounding public security comprehensive management work and the “Safe Production Law” law-enforcement leading group” to conduct unified leadership of the activities. The leading group has an office to be responsible for specific guidance and coordination. The list of the leading group and its office staff is detailed in the attached file. The county and city education committees and directly affiliated schools must also set up corresponding activities and leading institutions, and earnestly shoulder the responsibility of organizing leaders and work together to do their best.

Second, study content to study the "Safe Production Law", "Study on Student Injury Accidents" and other laws and regulations; learn food hygiene knowledge, fire safety knowledge, electricity common sense, travel safety common sense, etc., watch the TV mission film "Fa You Ping".
Third, the competition program activities are carried out in five stages:
The first stage: May 1st - May 15th, the organization was established. Each county and city education committee and directly affiliated schools shall set up an activity leading group, and report the list of activities and members to the Municipal Education Bureau's activity leading group office before May 15.
The second stage: May 16th - September 20th is the learning stage. All localities should organize Chinese teachers and students to study the "Safe Production Law" and other legal and regulatory knowledge and safety common sense, and watch the "Fa You Ping" missionary film; the Municipal Education Bureau will produce Chinese small teachers and students safety law knowledge, safety common sense knowledge contest questions. The education committees of all counties and cities should widely mobilize Chinese teachers and students to participate in learning and answering activities.
The third stage: September 21st - September 30th for the Chinese teachers and students and parents to answer questions, classes, schools, towns and towns to carry out competition time.
The fourth stage: from October 1st to October 10th, the counties and cities hold various forms of competitions on the basis of schools and township competitions, and draw 3 outstanding players from the competition to form a team to participate in the city's China small Teacher and student safety knowledge contest.
The fifth stage: In mid-October, the city's Chinese teacher and student "Safe Production Law" knowledge TV Grand Prix was held, and the first prize, the second prize, the third prize, and the third prize were awarded. The team presented prizes and trophies.
Based on the concept of "people-oriented" and "safety first", the event earnestly grasped the "Safe Production Law" and safety knowledge competition activities, promoted the school by learning, and effectively improved the safety awareness and safety of Chinese teachers and students.
