As a party member teacher, I should bear in mind the party's purpose, the party members' obligations and rights, strengthen the party's concept, carry forward the fine traditions, establish a sense of wholeheartedly for the interests of the people, always maintain a firm ideal and conviction, and fully implement the party's educational policy and various Policies, striving for "three first-class" in the work, and giving full play to the vanguard and exemplary role of Communist Party members. The special plan is as follows:

1. Further strengthen theoretical study, raise the theoretical level, care about national events, pay attention to the small things around you, and give play to the vanguard and exemplary role of party members.

2. Be able to listen to the opinions of comrades, carry out criticism and self-criticism among colleagues, and improve together in mutual assistance, reflection and self-improvement.
