The "Enterprise Management Charter" is the fundamental criterion for enterprise management. Part of the Management Charter is revised and improved.
To this end, I would like to make the following comments on behalf of the head office, please deliberate.
Article 62 of the "Articles of Business Administration" was amended to read: the staff members are in charge of hospitalization, squatting and worshipping the New Year, and the retirees and middle-level cadres are responsible for handling. All employees are killed and cremation is carried out. The standards for funeral and pension expenses are as follows:
1. If a formal employee, contract employee or temporary worker dies due to work, according to the state regulations: the immediate family member shall receive the funeral subsidy, the dependent relative pension and the one-time death benefit from the work injury insurance fund. subsidy.
2. If the official employee and the contract employee die naturally, the general company will issue a funeral grant of XX yuan to the immediate family member; the dependent family pension: 1 person 80 yuan/month, 2 persons 100 yuan/month, 3 persons and above 120 yuan / month, or from the date of death, compensated for 5 years according to the standard.
3. If an employee dies after retirement, according to the state regulations, the immediate family members will receive the funeral subsidy from the endowment insurance fund, a one-time pension, and the head office will no longer subsidize.
4. Temporary workers registered by the head office: Naturally dying, the general company will issue a funeral subsidy of XX yuan; a one-time pension: the child will be settled at 60 yuan/month to 16 years old, and the spouse will receive the deceased for 6 months at a time. wage.
5. The temporary work contracted by the contracting department itself shall be handled by the contracting department if it is killed due to work or nature.
6. The parents of the employees and spouses are killed, and the head office issues a 100 yuan funeral allowance to the employees.
7. Others not covered shall be handled in accordance with relevant state regulations.
Note: Dependent immediate family members refer to the following persons who depend on the deceased's lifetime to support and register a labor insurance relationship or a de facto dependency relationship in the enterprise:
1. Grandfather, father, husband is 60 years old, has no source of life or is completely incapacitated;
2, grandmother, mother, wife is over 50 years old, no source of life or total loss of ability to work;
3. The child, the female year is under the age of 16 or the disabled is identified as a complete incapacity by the labor department.
