Civil complaint (non-citizen)

Description:
Article 112 of China's Civil Procedure Law stipulates: "If a people's court accepts a complaint or verbal prosecution, and if it meets the conditions for acceptance as stipulated in this Law after examination, it shall file a case within 7 days; if it does not meet the conditions for acceptance under this Law, it shall Notify the plaintiff within 7 days of the inadmissibility and explain the reasons."
In the courts of our country, the economic courts and the civil courts are respectively set up to hear ordinary civil cases and economic cases.
