First, Communists must serve the people wholeheartedly, at the expense of all personalities, and strive for life for communism.

Serving the people wholeheartedly is the party's fundamental purpose: the party has no special interests other than the interests of the class, the Chinese nation and the interests of the Chinese people. Communist Party members do not hesitate to sacrifice everything they do, and to fight for communism for life is a concrete manifestation of serving the people wholeheartedly. Therefore, in the process of lifelong struggle for the cause of communism, each party member must think about the people in thought, represent the people in politics, act as the people in action, and truly be the loyal public servants of the people. It is absolutely not allowed to treat the people with a grand attitude.

To serve the people wholeheartedly, we must work for the revitalization of China, forge ahead, be brave in innovation, and create a new situation for all kinds of work; we must correctly handle the relationship between the state, the collective, and the individual, and in the struggle against the enemy, in the fight against natural disasters. In the struggle, when faced with difficulties and dangers, we must put the interests of the people in the first place, and strive to stand up and even sacrifice personal lives. In the face of material interests, we must be bitter in the past, enjoyment in the future, public and private, and the gram has been given to the public, to give convenience to the people, to leave the difficulties to themselves, and never to use power for personal gain, for the benefit of the public, for the benefit of the individual, damage to the country, The interests of the collective and the people.

To serve the people wholeheartedly, we must sincerely miss the people in all our work, learn from the people with humility, listen to the opinions of the people, accept criticism and supervision from the people, care for the suffering of the people everywhere, earnestly benefit the people, and be willing to do the masses of the people. Second, Communists are always an ordinary member of the working people.

This is determined by the nature of the party. The Communist Party of China is the vanguard of the Chinese working class and a faithful representative of the interests of the Chinese people. The ultimate goal is to realize the communist social system. This determines that the Communist Party must be infinitely loyal to the cause of communism, willing to endure hardships, be in front of the charge, be willing to undertake the arduous task, be willing to forge ahead in reform and opening up, and use its exemplary actions to play a leading role in the people. This made me realize that if the party is misunderstood as an improvement in certain status and thus is above the people, it will be separated from the people and will not be able to play the role of avant-garde fighter. Therefore, Communist Party members must always maintain the true nature of ordinary workers and maintain close contact with the people around them.

Under no circumstances can Communists seek personal gains and privileges, and always maintain the true nature of the working people. The key here is the word "forever", that is to say, at any time and under any circumstances, regardless of status, conditions and environment, it is an ordinary member of the working people. Learning has made me realize that there are three key points to be "forever": one is subjective efforts, and we must constantly strengthen the transformation of our own world outlook; the second is to improve the supervision and control mechanism; the third is to be equal before the law.

Third, Communists must be pioneers of communist enlightenment of the working class.

This provision reflects the nature of the conditions of party members and clearly defines what kind of people members should be. We ask the comrades who join the party to strengthen themselves and strive to have the advanced thinking and excellent quality of the working class. If you do not follow this standard, no matter who wants to join the party, you can join the party casually, then the party will lose it. Advancement is not the vanguard of the proletariat. The possession of communist consciousness is a concentrated expression of the party members' thoughts in joining the party and an important sign that distinguishes them from the general public. The communist consciousness is mainly reflected in the correct understanding of the status, fundamental interests and historical mission of the working class and the spirit of dedication to the cause of communism. To have communist enlightenment, we must learn Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought and Deng Xiaoping Theory, master the theory of scientific socialism, establish the inevitable victory of socialism, and the belief that communism must be realized.

The above is a little bit of my understanding of the party constitution. As a people who are striving to join the Communist Party of China, I realized the importance of the glory and mission of the Communist Party members. I am now an ordinary employee of Jiale Co., Ltd.
