The name and date of the "Applicant: XX" are written below the previous year, month and day.

Applicants for joining the party must truly express their understanding of the party and the motives for joining the party to the party organization; be loyal and honest to the party organization, not concealing their own political views and any historical issues, and seeking truth from facts for the actual performance of the individual.
