College students’ thoughts on joining the party in January 2019

Dear party organization:

In the blink of an eye, college life is coming to an end, and I feel a lot in my heart. Since participating in the training of the party school, under the education and training of the party organization, I have begun to mature in my mind, which has further clarified my outlook on life and values. In the study, although the fourth grade has not yet passed, but I have made some progress in the study of professional courses. In my heart, I feel that there is still a distance from the requirements of the party organization, but I will continue to work hard to move closer to the party organization in thinking and action.

Recently, because I am busy looking for a job, I am busy every day. Fortunately, the interview was quite smooth, and it played well. I finally grasped this opportunity. Although I have not participated in many interviews, I have some experience of working part-time. I hope that some of my own experiences will help students who are busy looking for a job. First of all, you have to keep your clothes clean and tidy, with a natural face or a slight smile. Don't reveal a nervous expression, because the general interviewer is very fond of the first impression. For us, a good start is half the battle.

Second, don't cause a cold spot. Interviewers may have to accept interviews from hundreds of students in one day. It is inevitable that they will sometimes short-circuit their minds and don't know what to ask. This is if you can take the initiative to start a topic, ask questions in a timely manner, and maybe add a lot to you.

Furthermore, when you are asked some difficult questions, you can subtly shift the topic, but don't lie. If you have to answer positively, then honestly and daringly respond. In fact, the interview is an ordinary conversation. As long as you remain confident, students who believe in our materials can find a job that suits them.
