So why do you want to plan your career? Scientific Marxist philosophy can guide human beings to better complete practical activities, and a scientific career planning can guide college students to realize their own ideals of life, so that we can walk steady and aim at every step of life. When we are planning, we must pay attention to the guidelines and policies of contacting countries. Through understanding, China's western region is relatively backward in economy and lack of educational resources. The state encourages students from universities and colleges to teach in remote areas. According to this situation, I will choose the western region after graduation, and link my personal professional knowledge with the actual needs of the society, apply what I have learned, and get the best development.

So how do you do a good career planning?

First of all, when you are positioning your own abilities, you can't be arrogant or self-respecting. Secondly, when positioning the target, we must proceed from the actual situation, based on the level of self-ability, and according to the objective reality of the external environment, it is not good.
