This is the first time I have studied since I submitted my application to the party organization. I am deeply inspired. I feel that the importance of working as a medical worker must always bear in mind the purpose of the party, work hard, study diligently, and deepen. As a pediatrician with more than 10 years of clinical experience, I was a bit sloppy and constantly groping for business. However, since it is a need for hospital work, I think that as a young man who is demanding progress, he should accept the distribution of hospital organizations, and I am determined to do it. I must do it well, study and explore new job responsibilities and medical services. The work of the department is good, and it does not disappoint the trust of the leaders of the hospital. Not only that, but the business knowledge has to squeeze time to continue to study, organically integrate the administrative work with the improvement of business capabilities, and strive to achieve medical administrative work and business capabilities. The improvement is correct.

Each of us has a different task in a certain position, but it is directly related to the development of the hospital. Through study, I am more deeply aware of the dedication, meticulousness, self-improvement, and solid work of my job. Regardless of the size of the matter, we should take it seriously, handle it with care, and deepen the treatment of every patient like treating a loved one. The service concept of “doing every job as well as doing our own work” can help others to alleviate suffering and regain health. The role of a party member is like a small screw on a machine for the cause of the party and the people. Although the screw is small, the role cannot be underestimated.
