I. Ideologically

I have carefully studied the party's sixteenth. Second, work

In the past year, I have always tried to train myself in practical work, strictly demanding myself with the standards of party members, playing a vanguard and exemplary role in work and production, and striving to complete the tasks assigned by the party.

The half year I spent in college was a crucial period in the four years of college. During this period, the students were all busy with their future. In addition to completing my own work, I did something for my classmates.

After attending the work, I deeply realized that as a new comrade who participated in the work, how to complete this role transition from the student to the teacher is the primary problem that I must solve. I also know that a lot of work is required to complete this work.

At the beginning of this semester, according to the teaching tasks given to me, I taught the course of “Office Software Application”, and later taught the course “Basic of Mechanical Design” because of work needs.

In addition to completing the teaching tasks, I also served as the head teacher of the NC 0203 class from the end of October. In addition, according to the requirements of the job responsibilities, the other tasks assigned by the leadership were completed as much as possible.

In order to better meet the requirements of the job, I took the CNC Technician exam on December 4, XX.

Third, in life

I believe that serving the people can not only be reflected in major events, but more in the usual details. As a recruit on the education front, I have a lot of things to learn, not only to learn from books, but more importantly, to learn from old teachers, because their experience is more direct and more effective, and they have to learn from their business. The knowledge, but also to learn the spirit of their willingness to work, and work hard. I realize that I am a teacher in front of the students, but I still are students in front of the teachers.
