I am an ordinary factory worker, and I don’t have much culture. I am born with a kind of coolie. However, there has always been a regret in my heart, that is, I have no chance to contact the Chinese Communist Party and cannot become a member of the Chinese Communist Party. This is my heart disease! But now I am finally free, because I can join the Chinese Communist Party through my own efforts. I believe that as long as I work hard, I can join the party!

By studying the party constitution, I realized that the party’s highest program is to realize the communist social system; and the party’s basic line in the primary stage of socialism is to lead and unite the people of all nationalities in the country, to focus on economic construction, and to adhere to the four basic principles. Adhere to reform and opening up, self-reliance and hard work, and strive to build China into a prosperous, democratic, and civilized modern socialist country.

Adhere to the party's basic line; persist in emancipating the mind and seeking truth from facts; persist in serving the people wholeheartedly; adhering to democratic centralism is the four basic requirements that the party's construction must resolutely achieve. Serving the people wholeheartedly is the fundamental purpose of the party. Democratic centralism is the party's fundamental organizational system and leadership system. Developing inner-party democracy is an important guarantee for the prosperity of the party's cause. The party's discipline is the rules of conduct that the party's organizations at all levels and all party members must abide by, and is the guarantee for safeguarding the unity and unity of the party and fulfilling the party's tasks. Party organizations must strictly enforce and maintain party discipline. Party members must consciously accept party discipline; party discipline includes political discipline, organizational discipline, economic work discipline, and civil work discipline. The party's style is an important manifestation of the party's nature, purpose, program, and line. It is related to the party's image and people's heart, and attaches great importance to the work style construction. It is a fine tradition of our party and a distinctive sign that our party is different from other political parties. At the same time, the work style construction is also an important part of the party's construction. Party members must fulfill eight obligations while enjoying eight powers.

Since the founding of the Party in 1921, the party has led the Chinese people, bravely fought, not afraid of sacrifice, and has gone on and on. After a long period of revolutionary struggle against imperialism, feudalism, and capitalism, it has won the victory of the new-democratic revolution and established the people's democratic dictatorship. After the founding of the People's Republic of China, the socialist transformation was successfully carried out, the transition from new democracy to socialism was completed, the socialist system was established, and the socialist economy, politics and culture were developed. After the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, the Communist Party of China led the people to implement reform and open-door policies, and achieved brilliant achievements in the socialist modernization economy. China's comprehensive national strength has been greatly enhanced and the people's living standards have been continuously improved. While leading the people to build material civilization, the Communist Party of China also strives to build socialist spiritual civilization and vigorously develop education, science, and cultural undertakings. In addition, the Communist Party of China leads the people to continuously develop socialism, improve the socialist legal system, and consolidate the people's democratic dictatorship. The Communist Party of China is always united with workers, peasants, and intellectuals of all nationalities in the country. It is united with the democratic parties, non-party democrats, and the patriotic forces of all ethnic groups to develop and strengthen the patriotic united front. Hong Kong's return to the motherland in 1997 and the return of Macao this year will greatly advance the cause of peaceful reunification of the motherland. It may be that the deaf eyes have dyed the reasons for the revolutionary predecessors' persistent pursuit of the party. I have established a great ambition to join the Chinese Communist Party since I was a child, and it continues to this day. In the long process of continuous study, hard work and struggle for it, I gradually rose from the initial desire to be a hero and the sensible naive perception of the party to the stage of rational understanding for communism. It can be said that my only motivation for joining the party is to serve the people wholeheartedly.

Today, I solemnly submitted an application for membership to the party organization. I usually submit my thoughts and reports to the party organizations on a regular basis, and exchange ideas with party members and comrades so that they can grow faster under the correct guidance. While pursuing ideological advancement, we must always remember that we are an electrical maintenance person in the factory. It is very important to study technology, improve business level, and ensure the normal operation and production of factory equipment. Only when the Communist Party members are proficient in their own business and do their jobs well can they play a good role in leading the public.

I am fully aware that according to the requirements of the party, my own gap is still very large. There are still many shortcomings and deficiencies in me. For example, the problem is not mature enough and the level of political theory is not high. Therefore, I hope that the party organization will strictly demand me so that I am making progress faster. If the organization approves my application, I will definitely refrain from arrogance and arrogance and continue to strictly demand myself with the standards of party members. Consciously study the party's theory, support the party's program, abide by the party's charter, fulfill the party members' obligations, keep the same with the party in thinking and action, work actively, fight for the party's cause for life, never rebel against the party, and be a veritable Communist Party member.
