In the "Management Year" activities, in accordance with the requirements of the Party Committee of the Bureau, adhere to high standards, organize and coordinate relevant departments to combine the actual highlights of the Bureau, make breakthroughs, and proactively do a good job in working with the Office of the Municipal Management Office . Reporting to the highlights of our bureau, the Star Rating Management System of our bureau, the tax return reporting management of key tax source enterprises, the auditing reminder system, and the construction of cadres are all listed as innovative work projects by the Municipal Management Office . 2. Do a good job in star rating management. According to the requirements of the party committee of the bureau, the innovation management assessment system led the formulation of the “Interim Measures for Star Management” and the “Measures for the Selection of Post Stars” to clarify the criteria and procedures for the evaluation of star units and individuals. In the first half of the year, in combination with the target management assessment, three batches of star-rated units were evaluated and issued a notice. 3. Strengthen government supervision work. In order to put the supervision work on the track of standardization and institutionalization, the "Inspection Work System" was further enriched and perfected. From the five aspects of supervising work tasks, supervising work procedures, supervision methods and licensing rights, and supervision organization implementation, detailed regulations and clarifications have been carried out, and the establishment of supervision and registration, supervision, feedback and inspection systems, and supervision have been established. A series of supervision work systems and methods, such as special reports and notifications, effectively ensured the smooth development of government supervision work. Since the beginning of this year, we have strengthened the scope and depth of supervision, focusing on the overall work priorities, key work per month, key work items determined by the bureau, and major work arrangements and decision-making of the party committee. 5. Strengthen file management and asset management. In the file management, based on a high starting point and adhering to high standards, we continued to strengthen the collection and collation of all kinds of archives and materials, and further improved the archives management level of the bureau.
In terms of asset management, according to the "Financial Management Measures" of the Municipal Bureau, the Bank revised and improved the fixed assets management measures of the Bureau, strictly controlled the approval procedures for the purchase of fixed assets and the disposal of large fixed assets, and strictly controlled the import and export. Established a dynamic process of fixed asset management to eliminate loopholes in management. 6. Play the role of staff assistant and do a good job in information research. Focusing on the work of the Party Committee of the Bureau, giving play to the leading role of the Office in information research and strengthening the guidance and coordination of the overall information research work. In the first half of the year, we organized an information research work meeting and invited the information research staff of the municipal bureau to train the global information researchers in the form of training. Second, the existing problems and deficiencies
