First, standardization and standardization in team building

Bz34-12ep has 7 employees, manages 3 platforms, 15 oil wells and 4 injection wells. In view of the small number of personnel on the platform and the heavy work tasks, in order to ensure the standardization of team construction, we have formulated and improved a number of rules and regulations such as the Code of Practice for Team Members and the Standards for Assessment of Team Members to constrain and standardize the work of team members. Behavior, clear division of labor, clear responsibilities, and at the same time complement each other to form a synergy. Regular or irregular inspection and appraisal systems shall be implemented for the various rules and regulations formulated, and shall be included in the assessment of employees. Members of the work shall be actively listened to their opinions and suggestions, and the corresponding systems shall be revised and improved in a timely manner. The implementation of the system will not be relaxed. For the processing technology, equipment failures and hidden dangers, the platform length attaches great importance to it, and eliminates all difficulties to lead the corresponding members to carry out research and solution. In the recent period, I feel that this platform has undergone some changes, because it is more rigorous than the previous organization, the system is more reasonable, and the assessment is more fair, which also enhances the motivation of employees to learn.

In particular, the professional departments have developed coordination mechanisms in some specific work, and whoever cooperates and supports under what conditions, improves the quality of work and work efficiency. In particular, the 2ep personnel are also responsible for the production management of the 3wj unmanned wellhead protection frame. Although there are only two wells on the 3wj protection frame, it is responsible for more than 300 daily crude oil production tasks. According to the management regulations for unmanned wellhead protection, it is normal. There is a growing need for coordination and supervision. We have been working hard to overcome difficulties in the lack of relevant personnel over and over again, and reasonably organize and coordinate relevant personnel to carry out various tasks, making 3wj and 2ep and 2ew The safety production work can be guaranteed.
