The main service work for the whole year is reported as follows:

First, to promote the construction of community services, in accordance with the layout and requirements of the higher level, this year, we have included community service work on the important agenda of community building, and earnestly do a good job in creating a "full employment community." Re-employment is a popular project. It is related to the families of thousands of families, happiness and people living and working in peace. It is a top priority involving community peace and stability. Therefore, we have collected various aspects from the social units and neighboring communities in the jurisdiction. Employment information, with their strong support, actively help laid-off and unemployed people to implement re-employment. After two-way selection and coordination, the newly laid-off and unemployed people were successfully re-employed, so that they could re-enter the job. By the end of the year, the community has achieved zero-employment families.

Second, actively open up community love houses, provide quality services for residents in difficult areas, and further improve community service work, so that residents can truly feel the warmth of the community. Recently, I have purchased a number of household tools and daily necessities to facilitate the collection and borrowing of residents in difficult areas. In actual work, I have communicated with the residents in terms of thoughts and friendships to carry out the people's self-entertainment and various competition activities to enhance the connection between the residents and the community. They do not succumb to the environment, conditions and gossip, and exert their own advantages. Actively explore the development path that suits oneself, win the support of the residents in the jurisdiction, and also get the affirmation of the superior.

Third, expand community service channels and set up service projects. The neighborhood committee actively seeks ways to open up community service projects through multiple channels. At present, based on the information in the community survey, we have opened up the services of migrant household services and the establishment of community driving associations on the basis of the original community service projects. Especially since the launch of the domestic service, it has been less than a month since its launch. Community residents and units have contacted us one after another, and our service team is on hand to serve them.

We have implemented an irregular one-on-one, two-in-one service for the elderly, disabled and special hardship residents in the area, and they are always aware of and care about their living conditions during the assistance. Especially in this year's party members' advanced nature education activities, we also organized some party members and public volunteers to donate 760 yuan, and respectively expressed condolences to the eight destitute residents in the area, so that they really feel the care of the party and the government.
