A serious study, efforts to improve the times is constantly evolving and changing. The work we do is constantly changing and changing at any time. To adapt to the needs of work, the only way is to strengthen learning. In the past few years, I have seriously studied the Marxism-Leninism Mao Zedong Thought Deng Xiaoping Theory and Jiang Zemin's important thought of "xxxx". Efforts to improve their own theories, use their correct theories to guide their work practices, guide themselves to establish a firm communist conviction, and guide themselves to constantly transform their own world outlook on life and values. Two down-to-earth, hard-working party office is a department with a very complicated task. As the organizing committee member shoulders the heavy responsibility of leading the assistants, regardless of the work arrangement or the handling of the problems, they must be carefully considered and be able to stand alone. Over the past few years, I have firmly established the idea that "the party office has no small things", doing my due diligence and working hard. Collect and organize the exemplary deeds of party members, and promptly submit suggestions for commendation and reward to the party general branch. Arrange the party's organizational life, understand the situation of party members' organizational life and law-abiding, and help party members correctly carry out criticism and self-criticism. Do a good job in the development of party members, keep abreast of the situation of masters of party membership, and be responsible for the training, education, and inspection work, correctly grasp the standards for the development of party members, and propose the development of party members' work plans in accordance with the guidelines and principles for the development of party members. Responsible for the record of the branch committee and branch party members, and handle the formalities of receiving the probationary party members. Responsible for picking up party members' organizational relations, collecting party fees on time and according to standards, regularly publishing party party collections to party members, and doing well in party statistics.
The three-terminal style is right, and the position is at work. I always adhere to the diligent, pragmatic and efficient work style and do my work well. Obey the leadership division of labor, regardless of gains and losses. For the work, only attention to the size of each other, regardless of each other's thickness, any work is to strive to use the least amount of time to achieve their own best, since the work, has not delayed anything that the leadership staff assigned. In life, adhere to the integrity and modest life style, correct your position, respect leadership, unite comrades, get along with each other, treat people with sincerity, do not tend to be attached to the situation, do not bully, and correctly handle the rules of getting along with leading colleagues. Four problems existed Through several years of work, I also clearly saw that there are still many deficiencies, mainly because: I don’t know enough, I can’t fully adapt to my work needs. Second, due to limited ability, I still don’t deal with some things. Due to lack of study, sometimes the work will feel powerless; the four working methods still need to be improved.
