Summary of the work of the Dancers Association

Since the establishment of the Liuyang Dancers Association in June XX, under the correct leadership of Liuyang City Federation of Literary and Art Circles, with the strong support of various departments and units, we have made certain achievements, but there are also some shortcomings. To correct the lack of performance, 2019 is a new level, summarized as follows:

First, focus on three constructions

We focus on grassroots construction, first of all, to strengthen ideological construction. Seriously study and further correct the guiding ideology of the work of the association. The year 2019 is an important year for thoroughly implementing the scientific development concept and actively promoting the building of a socialist harmonious society. In the new year, under the correct leadership of the Liuyang Municipal Committee, all members of the Dance Association will further correct their work guidance, actively play the role of the association's bridges and ties, mobilize the power of dance lovers, and strive to promote Liuyang's economy and culture. Coordinated development and made positive contributions to the early construction of Liuyang as a characteristic culture city.

The second is to strengthen the organization of the team. Since 2019, we have focused on strengthening the team and established training courses for the elderly and dance classes for ethnic dances. Among them, the old dance team has 180 members. She plays a key role in various activities and competitions. On this basis, in order to comprehensively strengthen the overall strength of the Liuyang Dancers Association, we actively strengthen communication with the town cultural stations, Chinese small literary teachers, dance enthusiasts of all units, and prepare for the development of members.

Second, establish a sense of quality, create art boutique

Since the second half of 2019, we have been pursuing prosperity and art as the center, seeking truth and being pragmatic, pioneering and enterprising, organizing the majority of dancers to be close to reality, close to life, close to the people, and created and performed a number of excellent dance programs that are popular with the public. 3. Actively participate in organizing activities and prospering people's cultural life.

According to the characteristics of the association and its own powerful conditions, the Dancers Association actively coordinates the relevant units to jointly organize various cultural activities, and cooperates with the Women’s Federation, the old cadres, the aging committee and other units to actively serve the society, families, children and children. Older friends create a social environment that benefits their physical and mental health and build a platform to showcase their artistic talents.
