工程質量的好壞，直接體現我工作的成壞。也是整項工程的關健部分。在收到工程施工圖紙後，我就先進行熟悉圖紙，了解設計意圖，明了施工過程的主要工藝流程、工程特點，對施工圖紙上所存在的異議之處採用書面形式進行記錄，在圖紙會審會議上提出，由設計進行明確。針對在工程關鍵部位的施工時，做到提前到達旁站位置，檢查施工準備工作，並旁站施工全過程，對一般施工的各道工序作業，做好日常的巡視、巡檢、檢查工作。對各施工過程中的巡視、巡檢、檢查所發現的問題，及時採用口頭形式通知施工單位工程項目管理部，做到發現問題及時向領導匯報，並督促施工單位落實整改及進行再次的覆核檢查發現問題及時停頓整改。例一：在檢查中發現施工單位C25#水坭砼配比未通過檢測部門監定就進行施工，我立即要求施工隊停工，直到施工單位送檢後確定配比才進行施工。例二：三層模板設計要求是結構走坡，而施工單位採用建築走坡按裝模板，經檢查發現，要求施工單位拆除重新安裝。例三：三層6條主梁每條少放ф25架立筋2條，經檢查發現，立即要求施工隊停工，直到施工單位整理好驗收合格後才能進入下一工序。從活動中心大樓動工到驗收，由我在本工程的日常監理工作中針對工地上所發現質量隱患與缺陷、不符全質量與規範現象等等，以及在施工現場與施工過程中所存在的不安全隱患與存在著的危險源等事宜，共累計口頭下達的監理整改通知有40多次。在整個工程中我儘自已最大努力做好工程施工建設監理質量工作。
三、對安全文明施工控制方面的工作
通過對學習《安全生產法》及在工作過程中我得到一些體會，樹立以安全預防為主的觀點，就是工作做在前，因為事故是可以預防的，但是不可預測的，建立相應的檢查制度，發現隱患及時整改，監理在施工現場對於安全有不可推卸的職責，我作為這個工程的項目安全生產中的其中一員，除了做好日常的安全檢查工作及監督和管理工作外，還積極配合江門市建委和開平市建委的安全質量查。從活動中心大樓動工到驗收，無一例人員和機械等安全事故發生。受到了江門市建委和開平市建委的多次好評。並成為開平市的樣板工程。
四、搞好大樓的環境，完善各種設備配套。
六月尾，我的工作是最為緊張的，上級要求在7月1日開張，因時間緊，工作繁多，我除了做好工程手尾工作外，還要協助搞好環境衛生、家具擺放和設備安排。根本陳主任的安排，每天實行加班加點進行大清潔，認真地布置各活動室的家具擺放，及時調施各種設備，對未及時到位設施和家具的廠商進行聯繫追收。對未合要求的地方進行整改。在老乾局的精心策劃、陳主任的帶領和活動中心全體員工的共同協作下,終於如期地完成任務。開放給老幹部活動。老幹部活動中心運作半年來，我們協辦了“七一 ”文娛會演；“九九”文娛晚會；“元旦”聯歡會等大型活動。老乾活動中心得到了老乾局的大力支持和幫助，各項工作比較好，受到了老幹部的好評。
五、戒驕戒躁，面向未來。
今後，我們在新的環境不但發揚過去熱情周到的工作作風，還要積極配合市委市政府開展各項政治活動。要樹立敢闖敢試，敢為人先的創新意識。認真學習增強自身的素質。要善於用全新的視角思路，研究新情況，解決新問題，多為老幹部辦好事、辦實事。不斷提高服務質量，更好地為老幹部服務，爭當老幹部服務的排頭兵。
