At present, the development of our district is at a new historical starting point and faces enormous development opportunities. I. Strengthening the construction of rural grassroots party organizations

We will build a learning-oriented party organization in the rural grassroots level, establish a sound learning system, strengthen institutional constraints, and promote the scientific, standardized, and long-term study of rural party members and cadres. Established a learning assessment system, and regarded the completion of learning tasks as an important indicator for party members to fulfill their responsibilities and obligations; established a learning reward and punishment system, and used learning performance as an important basis for selecting outstanding party members; established a patrol notification system and regularly studied the situation. Innovate the learning carrier, broaden the learning channels, and adopt the form of typical guidance, expert counseling, paired help, long-term teaching assistants, university student villagers to read, and come in and go out to enhance the learning effect. For party members with low education level, frail age, and difficult life, young party members and cadres should be sent to school and help students to organize their studies.

Second, the implementation of the village affairs open system

In the past, the village did not know enough about the importance of village affairs disclosure. Many contradictions are caused by the fact that the village affairs are not open. After finding the root cause of the problem, I assisted the “two committees” of the village to start from the normative disclosure, open time, open form, open procedures, file management, etc., and strive to make the village affairs open and democratic management work on the system. According to the actual situation of the village, make full use of broadcasting, clear paper, face-to-face communication, etc., broaden the open channels of village affairs, increase the scope of village affairs disclosure, improve the openness of village affairs, and create a "sunshine village affairs." At the same time, the publicly-discovered information was collected and archived in a timely manner, and the village affairs disclosure work achieved remarkable results.

Third, do a good job in the management of "farm bookstores"

With the help of the District Cultural Bureau, our village built a “farm bookstore”, equipped with books, bookcases, newspapers, CDs and other equipment worth tens of thousands of yuan. As the administrator of the “farm bookstore” in the village, combined with the actual situation of the village, we will do a good job in the cataloguing registration, classified display, and borrowing registration of the “farm bookstore”, so that the “farm bookstore” can achieve scientific and standardized management. The construction of the “farm bookstore” has benefited the peasant people in the village and enriched the cultural life in the countryside . Now, the “farm bookstore” set up in the village committee gathers some people who love to read books on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Some see literary works, some look at gourmet cooking, and some look at breeding technical materials. Reading is a pleasure. A fashion, a kind of fun, gambling is less noisy, and more wealth is made. The "farm bookstore" has become a friend of farmers and has become a powerful position to enhance quality and enrich business and cultural life.

Fourth, scientific development planning

Focusing on the new concept of organizing work, focusing on the implementation of the "Three Sixs and One-one" work law, we must do a good job in in-depth study and practice of the scientific development concept. We will do a good job in follow-up work, and carry out “reviewing”, carefully sum up the experience and practices of learning and practice activities, and establish and improve a long-term mechanism. On this basis, assist the village party branch to formulate a five-year development plan in a timely manner, which will promote rural economic development, strengthen the construction of rural grassroots organizations, prosper rural culture, and maintain rural harmony and stability as the focus of work in the future. The work and life in the past year has taught me the responsibility and attitude. I have learned what is seeking truth from facts. The understanding of starting from small things has taught me to face any difficulties.
