These have further enhanced my political acumen and the party's consciousness, strengthened my personal political beliefs, and expressed confidence in the future development of the party and the country.

Insist on learning and strictly demand yourself. As a village official, as long as I have leisure, I will take the initiative to learn and constantly improve my own quality. I realize that to join the construction of a new countryside and build a harmonious society requires high-quality talents. If you do not take the initiative to learn, you will be eliminated by the society. In addition to reading newspapers and reading newspapers, I also went deep into the people, learned from the people with an open mind, and seriously consulted. In combination with the reality of rural work, some practices have been carried out. Tested in practice and improved in practice.

Second, rural work

The Nanlongting Village where I am located is a model village for the construction of new countryside . After I came to the village, I learned with humility, I was not ashamed to ask, conducted an investigation on the spot, learned about the basic situation of our village as soon as possible, and laid the foundation for a better work. With the spirit of pioneering and enterprising, the village leadership team headed by Qiao Fawang and Qiao Zhijiang is determined to build Nanlongting Village into a new countryside with “production development, affluent life, village culture, clean villages and democratic management”.

With my meager ability, I assisted Director Qiao in doing the following work:

1. Assist in the prevention and treatment of hand, foot and mouth disease. This year, the prevention and treatment of hand, foot and mouth disease in our county is extremely heavy. We must copy the propaganda materials of the county and town to each villager in the hands of the villagers to let them know how to prevent hand, foot and mouth disease. And we also posted the town’s propaganda poster on the door of the village committee, cut off the newspaper’s method of preventing hand, foot and mouth disease and photocopied it to the villagers, so that the villagers can pay attention to it. There is no case of hand, foot and mouth disease in our village. I feel very There is a sense of accomplishment, because what we do is to serve the people and is responsible for the safety of the people.

2. Handling village-related forms of affairs. This year, it is mainly the village's grain and agricultural crops to handle the quota deposits. Due to the large number of large villages and large population, each household needs to establish a discount. After one month before and after, check the number of acres of land, check the name of the head of the household, ID number and other information, and then fill in the deposit and other matters. Also cooperate with the town government to do the family planning work and distance education work.

3. Standardize the forest tenure lease contract. According to the requirements of the forestry department, our village has comprehensively registered and sorted out the existing standardized contract form for the lease contract for returning farmland to forestry. And number according to the contract content, enter the ID number, and so on. In this way, the forest rights of the whole village have clarified the main body of responsibility, which facilitates inspection and management.

4. Seriously handle contradictions among the people. After the villagers have contradictions, they will patiently persuade the villagers to eliminate misunderstandings and reconcile them. When the villagers have doubts about legal issues, they will patiently answer them. At the same time, earnestly study the ways and means of other village cadres to deal with internal contradictions among the people.

It requires text backup and electronic document storage for all kinds of materials, meeting records, various types of contracts, village rules and regulations, and the above red-headed files. Third, the shortcomings

The organization department of the county party committee has high hopes for our university student village officials. We hope that we will highlight our own advantages in rural work, play an active role, and make achievements in light of the rural reality. And through the practice of rural work, grow talents, exercise ability, expand temperament, and improve themselves. Looking back at the three months of my work, although I did something, it was far from the requirements of the organization.

2. Lack of ability. The situation in the village is more complicated. Due to the ideological slack and the lack of experience, it is not mature enough to deal with various complex relationships, resulting in the arbitrariness of taking care of various complex relationships, taking it for granted, and not taking into account the relationship between the overall situation and the coordination of distribution.

College student village officials are an important measure for the Party Central Committee to strengthen grassroots organizations in the new era, improve the ranks of grassroots cadres, and provide talent security and intellectual support for the construction of a new socialist countryside .
