After entering the company, I got a lot of help from my work to study , especially my department manager. I always patiently explained to me some things I don't understand. Through the internship in the workshop, I mastered the basic work of each workshop, the main production process of the product, the configuration of the operator and the configuration of the production testing equipment.
There are four production workshops in Jiading factory. The main workshop mainly produces button la39-e series, indicator ad16 series, micro switch series, warning light series and buzzer series. The first floor and second workshop mainly produce current transformers, second floor. The two workshops mainly produce control relays zy/dy series and control box series;
The actual assembly of the product has been actually implemented: la39-e, f, g button, part of the indicator light, warning light assembly and welding, partial assembly of the micro switch.
Understand the configuration and use of the warehouse and the classification and storage of materials.
5. Solve the company's management process
Understand the management processes of each department by communicating with the various department managers.
6. Quality management system, ccc and other systems running learning
Learn about the company's quality system by referring to the company's quality manuals and program files, as well as the ccc file. And understand the ccc China national mandatory product certification and ISO14000 environmental system certification process.

2. File control and management are not sound;

5. The supplier's assessment and control mechanism is not perfect;

6. The operation instructions are not perfect, the existing files are deviated from the actual production process, and the products lack the record of the enterprise standards;
7. In the production process, the inspection of the process products is insufficient, and there are quality problems that the operators neglect to catch up with the workpieces, and the quality management in the production process should be strengthened;
8. The confidentiality of file management is not enough, and it is difficult to guarantee the loss of confidential files. Each department has not established an effective file system suitable for the department.
At present, the Quality Department, the Purchasing Department, and the Treasury have not established a file system suitable for the department. Most of the files are copied from the files of the Technical Section, which results in insufficient confidentiality management of the files. For example, in the warehouse, there should be no product configuration sheets with technical files, and sales orders with the purchase price of raw materials. The core technical files of the product should only be archived and stored in the Technical Section. The purchase price should only be reflected in the Purchasing Department and the Finance Department.
9. The warehouse management lacks the invoicing system; the lack of temperature and humidity meter in the warehouse does not meet the storage regulations of electronic components, and the time is long, it is difficult to guarantee the quality of electronic components;
10. The warehouse management lacks the regular backup and archive process of the electronic account. Once the computer system is paralyzed, it will affect the management of the warehouse. There is no such problem, but there are hidden dangers;
11. The warehouse management entry/exit procedures are not complete, and there is no clear entry/exit account holder, and the entry/exit order is not filed in the finance department, but only the warehouse owner is responsible for the lack of corresponding restrictions, and the regular accounts, materials, and cards are verified. 13. Failure to perform finished product accounting for each product is not conducive to cost control;

15. The items in the workshop and the warehouse are not well placed and sanitized, the use of chemicals is not specified, and the environmental pollution and harmful control are insufficient;
