In the “effective skills” activities carried out by our school, I can actively participate in every activity, “ppt” production, blog creation, online collection and downloading materials, etc. I can not only listen carefully, but also take notes in time. And not ashamed to ask. In the "three-character" writing training, I can calm down and practice, imitate, and ask. In addition, I also go online to learn the relevant requirements and theoretical guiding outlines of the "effective skills" research.
Through the above training and study, I have mastered the methods and steps of making courseware, and actively participated in the school-level courseware evaluation activities. I also carefully produced the courseware in the on-campus seminars, and applied them appropriately to the teaching. Good results; I also established my own blog under the guidance of a full-time teacher, and constantly enriched the content of each section; I also can more easily download relevant materials needed for teaching from the Internet, and improve classroom teaching. Efficiency; the "three-character" level has reached a level, and has achieved good results in the district-level teacher standard word competition.
However, through learning, I feel that there are still many shortcomings, and the direction of future efforts: further effectively apply the acquired skills to education and teaching, so that their teaching methods are constantly updated, and the teaching design is gradually optimized.
