It’s not the same now, and the policy of the Education Bureau to let teachers buy laptops is very wise for me. With your own computer, you can think about when to do it yourself, how long it will take to do it, and no one will bother. I remembered that when I first arrived in the beginning of XX, I spent a month from August 1st to September 1st. I sat in the stuffy office every day from 8am to 9pm, from the original asp website. Start learning and build the prototype of the website little by little. I want to learn flash and want to learn photoshop, coreldraw, dreamweaver and so on. After two years of hard work, I finally mastered the techniques of making these software. And at the beginning of XX began to contact asp.net2.0 and sqlXX. In fact, I have been thinking very early on how the school website should be done. I always wanted to make a more classic template, but all of them were abandoned because of the uncertainty of the content of the website. What content does the school's website show? Anyone who comes to see and use is a problem. In fact, the school did not put forward any specific requirements. What has been done for me in the past two years. The Education Bureau has no requirements. When the website is done, the setting of the light bar is enough for the brain. Referring to the websites of many schools, combined with the actual situation of our school, I found the following problems:
First, the school website generally has a section on the introduction of the school, including the history of the school and the strength of the teacher.
Second, there is a column dedicated to showcase the activities and major events in the school, and more often called campus news third, most of them have student channels, showing students talent and achievements. This student is required to be able to access the Internet frequently, or to organize and publish it by class guides and classroom teachers. For our school, both students and teachers have some difficulties.
Fourth, there are certain teaching resources, including courseware and test questions. In fact, at the beginning, I also mentioned with the school leaders that we have multimedia teaching equipment in each classroom, and it is stipulated that teachers must register for multimedia courses. It is best to change the practice questions and test papers that have been printed on the course and upload them to the website to create a library of teaching resources. However, in fact, the use of multimedia statistics is not enough. As for the exercises issued by the teachers themselves, it is impossible to count. Personally, for schools, whether to improve the quality of teaching or to save and rational use of resources, we should streamline the exercises and build a library of courseware. It’s just that everyone is usually busy with classes, and the exercises are a little bit more to do. The teacher does not organize, and the students will not summarize. It is estimated that other schools are similar, and have not seen which school has its own set of resources. However, some specialized educational websites have some, but they are not open to use, and the fees are not cheap. Searching for the middle school exam questions in Zhoushan on Google, I can hardly find the whole set. And even if there are several papers, it is XX years ago. The google search is not on the educational website and school website in Zhoushan.
Fifth, most school websites emphasize light research. There is a lot of news, but there is very little content in education and research. Streamlined exercises and courseware production are a kind of research. Many teachers are studying educational teaching methods, moral education, teaching ideas and so on. But most of them are in the form of papers. In fact, the method is not a closed-door car. For example, in a class, a teacher came to inspiration and adopted a new teaching method for a teaching content. So he can write down this process and method, let other teachers and students participate in the discussion on the website, I think it would be much better to make the teaching level and the teaching effect improve than to write a paper. Many teaching theories can only be read by one person at a time in the form of a paper book. If a person finishes reading and writes down the feelings, others will read the book, and then everyone will discuss it in a forum. The income will definitely be read by himself. More than a few times. And online discussions can also retain the discussion process for future reference.
Sixth, the website should have a place where the school communicates with parents, teachers and students. General schools have opened a section. Although the majority of the visits are not the parents of the students.
Based on the above situation, I feel that the main content of the school website is still based on the basic work of the school. This includes the work logs of various departments. I have designated this as “publication of school affairs”. Shown is the work file of each department, recording the work and achievements of each department and teacher in the school. This is a bit like the "teacher growth portfolio" that our school is doing. Only the paper portfolios of the teachers are only doing their own, but they can't see others. After putting it online, everyone can refer to each other and even promote each other. There are also rumors when scoring each other's annual assessments. Even the Education Bureau can use this as a reference when assessing schools and evaluating principals. These jobs usually do a little bit of remembering, compared to the usual, hand-written work at the end of the year, which improves efficiency and saves resources, and is easy to modify.
Again, the establishment of the repository. As a school with education and teaching, there should be a whole set of teaching resources. Courseware, each time the class is to be modified according to the actual situation while doing a good reflection on teaching. Exercises should be organized frequently to avoid duplication, and exercises should be categorized for knowledge points. Only the summary will improve. When the teacher is done, the student will follow suit and the test score will improve.
Starting from these two pieces of content, slowly increase the usage rate and access rate of the website, and then develop other content. Almost in one go. Later, I did a little every day and finally redesigned the back page image. Fortunately, the Olympic-related Xiangyun and Red are more classic, learning more content, and more materials. More difficult is the modification of many xsl tags, because the column id has changed, the section needs to be adjusted, and some of the original tags are not yet available. So this process is not very smooth. Temporary self-modifications use a lot of tags. If there is better in the future, it is better to adopt a little better.
Next, the most important thing is to encourage the teachers to summarize their work and build a file, and sort out the courseware and exercises. The difficulty is not small... Who has the heart to do this? It turns out that after class for so many years, it is not so easy to change the estimate...
