Letter of intent


Letter of Intent: The letter of intent is a written file signed by both parties through preliminary negotiations and agreement on their respective wishes. It is the basis for substantive negotiations between the two parties and is a prelude to the signing of the agreement.
Format: 1. Start writing the names of the two parties, the name, identity, time of negotiation, location and main items of negotiation. 2. Subject: Write the terms of both parties' intentions to achieve a common understanding. 3. Signature and time of representatives of all parties.
