3. Distribution method:
1 Basic salary is paid monthly;
2 The commission is linked to the monthly sales task decomposition of the second item of this contract. If the sales target is reached according to the schedule agreed in Table 1, the commission is calculated every two months according to the commission standard agreed in Table 2 and is 20 in the third month. If it fails to reach the sales target according to the schedule agreed in Table 1, there will be no bonus; if the monthly cumulative progress reaches the sales target, the cumulative commission will be calculated at the time of completion and will be issued before the 20th of the following month.
Fourth, other conventions
1. If the monthly sales target is not reached for two consecutive months, the company will demote, reduce salary or dismiss as appropriate;

3. All expenses incurred should be approved by the company in advance, otherwise they will bear the responsibility;
4. During the work period, it is not allowed to violate the law and discipline, and should be subject to the company's unified arrangements;
5, the actual sales task calculation standard: the company's supervisor and Nanchang dealers jointly confirmed the shipping records as the basis for calculation;
6. 8 new outlets should be developed each month, and the penalty for 10.0 yuan/household for new network development tasks is not achieved;
7. You should visit 10 effective outlets every day, and you will be punished by 5.00 yuan/home if you have not reached the effective network visit mission;
8. The company conducted a random check on the telephone and found that the daily report was falsely filled according to the penalty of 10.00 yuan/home;
