I. Work content, labor protection and working conditions

Second, the rights and obligations of the company

right:

The company has the right to manage and reward employees according to the "Regulations on Enterprise Workers' Rewards and Punishments" passed by the State Council's executive meeting and the "Provisional Regulations on Dismissal of Disciplinary Workers in State-Owned Enterprises" issued by the State Council and the relevant regulations of the "Employees' Awards and Punishment Regulations".

Third, the rights and obligations of employees

right:

Fourth, labor compensation and insurance benefits

V. Labor discipline

Renewal, change, termination, termination and liability for breach of contract

1. Before the expiration of the labor contract, the enterprise and the employees can agree to renew the labor contract.

3. Within the term of the labor contract, the enterprise and the employees can agree to terminate the labor contract.
4. The company can terminate the labor contract in the following cases:

5 The company is declared bankrupt by the relevant department, or is on the verge of bankruptcy.

5. The company may not propose to terminate the labor contract in the following cases:

1 The labor contract period is not full, and it does not meet the relevant provisions of the labor contract.
2 suffering from occupational diseases or injuries caused by work, and the appraisal by the labor appraisal committee meets the level of assessment.
3 female employees during pregnancy, childbirth and lactation.

6. In the following cases, employees can propose to terminate the labor contract with the enterprise:

1 The relevant state departments have confirmed that the labor safety and hygiene conditions of enterprises are bad, which seriously endangers the personal safety and physical health of employees.
2 Enterprises can not guarantee the payment of labor remuneration and other benefits for more than three months in accordance with the labor contract.
3 Enterprises fail to perform labor contracts, or violate national laws and relevant policies and regulations, and violate the legitimate rights and interests of employees.
4 Approved to go abroad or settle in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.
5 The company has agreed to enter the colleges and universities to study at its own expense.

7. Workers may not propose to terminate the labor contract in the following circumstances:

1 The company's public fee training did not meet the agreed service period.
2 In the enterprise as an important production and management, scientific research tasks, the task is not completed.

8. After the expiration of the labor contract, it will terminate itself.

9. If any party proposes to terminate the labor contract, it must notify the other party one month in advance to complete the formalities for the termination of the labor contract.

10. The employee who signs the labor contract violates the labor contract and compensates for the economic losses caused by the factory according to the consequences and the size of the responsibility.
