After the second trial period, Party B shall be subject to a probationary period of __ months after being accepted. Article 3 Work Arrangement Party A has the right to adjust the work of Party B according to the production and work needs and Party B's ability and performance arrangement. Article 4 Education and Training During the period of Party B's employment, Party A shall be responsible for educating and training Party B on professional ethics, business technology, safe production and various rules and regulations.

Article 5 Production and Working Conditions Party A shall provide Party B with a working environment that is in compliance with national regulations, otherwise Party B has the right to refuse work or terminate the contract.

Article 6 Working hours Party B shall work no more than six days a week and no more than eight hours a day. If it is necessary to work overtime due to work, Party A shall arrange for Party B to retire at the same time or pay Party B overtime according to the standards set by the State.

Article 7 Labor Remuneration Party A shall determine the labor income of Party B according to the salary form and assessment method prescribed by the Company on a monthly basis, pay wages and bonuses to Party B in cash, and pay various subsidies and welfare expenses to Party B in accordance with relevant state regulations.

Article 8 Labor Insurance Benefits Party A shall pay Party B medical expenses, sick pay, disability pension, retirement pension and other labor insurance benefits in accordance with the provisions of the State Labor Insurance Regulations.

Party B enjoys seven days of national legally paid holidays such as New Year's Day, Spring Festival, "May Day" and "Eleventh". If the family members of Party B are in the field, and Party B implements the plan for childbearing, they shall enjoy the treatment of family leave and the treatment of family leave in accordance with the provisions of the State. If Party B meets the company's leave conditions, Party B shall enjoy annual leave treatment.

Article 9 Labor Protection Party A shall provide labor protection articles and health food products to Party B according to the requirements of production and work.

Party A's national regulations provide corresponding labor protection for female employees during menstruation, pregnancy, puerperium and lactation.

Article 10 Labor Discipline Party B shall abide by the laws and regulations of the State, the Staff Rules and the rules and regulations of Party A.

Article 11 The reward and punishment Party A shall give Party B material and spiritual rewards according to the work attitude, labor performance and contribution of Party B according to the company's reward and punishment regulations. If Party B violates the Staff Rules and other rules and regulations of Party A, Party A shall have the right to dispose of Party B. If Party B is subject to legal sanctions for violation of the criminal law, Party A will expel him and the contract will be lifted by himself.
