According to the requirements of the Economic Contract Law and the Provincial Maritime Transportation Management Regulations, ×××× plans to consign the goods to the Maritime Bureau of the Provincial Communications Department, and Party B agrees to carry the goods, signing this contract, and complying with each other and restricting each other. Negotiation is as follows:
First, the transportation method:
Party B shall dispatch a ship of tonnage to be transported by port to Hong Kong at the request of Party A, in accordance with the current charter shipping regulations.
Second, the concentration of goods:
Party A shall, at the time specified by Party B, concentrate the goods in the port within a day. After the goods are collected, Party B shall ship the ship within five days.
Third, shipping time:
After Party A contacts the arrival port and agrees to arrange the unloading, Party B is ready to receive the goods. Shipment time, the goods are loaded within the hour from the time the ship arrives at the port.
Fourth, the delivery period:
The ship will deliver the goods to the port of destination within one hour from the completion of the loading and closing procedures. Otherwise, the delay fee shall be borne in accordance with Article 3 of the Product Regulations.
V. Sailing contact:
Party B shall notify Party A to prepare for unloading after the ship has finished loading. If it is necessary to pilot, Party A shall also notify Party A to lead the pilot on time to lead the flight. The cost shall be borne by the party.
6. Unloading time:
Party A guarantees that Party B's ship arrives at the port anchorage and will unload the cargo within the hour from the time of anchoring. Otherwise, Party A will pay the delay of RMB 0.075 per ton to Party B in excess of the time. During the loading and unloading process, due to the weather, the time for loading and unloading operations may be deducted according to the actual impact time by Party A and Party B.
Seven, transportation quality:
When Party B ships the ship, Party A shall send personnel to supervise and instruct the workers to operate according to the regulations. After loading the ship to seal the cabin, Party A may send the escort to accompany the ship. Party B guarantees the original original shipment. Except for the losses caused by the ship's safety conditions, Party A shall be responsible for the quantity and quality of the goods to be transported.
Eight, transportation costs:
According to the first-class freight rate of water transport goods, the freight cost of freight is calculated by ship's deadweight tonnage. The empty driving fee is calculated as 50% of the freight.
The port loading fee shall be calculated and charged according to the provincial port charging rules, and the unloading and other expenses shall be handled directly by Party A and the port of arrival.
9. Fee settlement:
After the contract is signed by both parties, Party A shall pay Party B the prepaid transportation fee. After the ship is unloaded, Party B shall settle the settlement with Party A with the evidence of transportation expenses, and refund more and less.
X. Supplementary rules:
Each of the parties to this contract shall hold one copy and one copy. And registered with the Administration for Industry and Commerce for the record. If there are any unfinished matters, they may be negotiated according to the regulations of the Maritime Transportation Administration of the Provincial Communications Department and the relevant provisions of the Economic Contract Law.
