Contract terms

The shipper who is a freight forwarder by _________ express delivery recognizes the following endorsement clauses as a joint observance and has the legally binding terms. This clause is valid from the date of signing by both the shipper and the carrier.

First, the waybill

The _____ express delivery waybill is prepared for the consignor and has a contractual nature and a non-transferable waybill. 2. Responsibilities and commitments of the shipper and the carrier:

Third, the right to know of the goods being carried

_____ Courier has the right to know the nature of the goods being carried, the number of products and the amount of production, and assist the relevant government departments and transportation departments to inspect or investigate the articles carried.

Fourth, the right to be retained by the goods carried

If the shipper and its entrusted agent fail to pay the freight payable and related expenses as stipulated in the contract of carriage, the carrier has the right to retain the goods carried and not retain the goods to the consignor and its entrusted agent before obtaining the valid guarantee. V. Responsible clause

6. Compensation limit

1. For general items, the maximum compensation is _____ yuan per piece.

Claims

1.
