7. Party B's responsibility Party B guarantees that the goods will be safely transported to the designated place within the time limit specified in the contract. It is responsible for the safety of the goods carried, ensuring that there is no shortage, no damage, no deterioration of the goods. In the event of loss, shortage, deterioration or damage of goods during loading and unloading and transportation, in principle, compensation shall be made according to the market price of the place of arrival. If otherwise agreed, compensation shall be made according to the agreed limit. However, if the loss and damage of the goods is caused by force majeure, reasonable loss of the goods' own attributes or Party A's fault, Party B shall not be liable for compensation.

8. General cargo insurance shall be undertaken by Party B, and Party A shall be responsible for the insurance of valuable goods. Party A shall promptly inspect the delivered goods, and if the goods are not received within the time limit, Party A shall pay the storage fee to Party A.
