1. This cargo waybill is mainly applicable to the transportation of waterway goods by river, sea trunk line and inter-provincial transportation.

2. The waterway cargo waybill and the ticket are in six copies, in the following order:

The first one: the ticket.
The second one: the ticket departure port → shipping company.
The third one: the ticket departure port → shipper.
The fourth: the ticket departure port → ship.
The fifth: the ticket departure port → ship → arrival port → consignee.
Sixth: Cargo waybill departure port → ship → arrival port → consignee → arrive at the port.

3. Unless otherwise stipulated, water transport enterprises belonging to the port and shipping department shall use the waterway cargo waybill of the shipping enterprise's desk head when the shipping enterprise signs the cargo transportation contract with the shipper.

4. The freight bill of lading must be printed on thick paper, and the tickets should be printed on thin paper. The printing ink should be different: the redemption is red, the receipt is green, and the other is black.

5. To print a control number or a fixed number.

6. Arrival at the port and a separate receipt.

7. Specifications: 19 cm long and 27 cm wide.
