The shipper shall fill in this application to the carrier before the goods are shipped, or within the time limit stipulated in the contract, for the reason of changing the name, quantity, starting point, transportation time and consignee of the consignor. However, after the goods have been shipped, only the place of arrival of the goods or the consignee is allowed to be changed, where possible.
If the carrier requests to change the date of transport, the type of vehicle and the route of operation, it shall promptly notify the shipper and agree.
