Maritime transport contract

Enter into the contract:
____ Entrusted ____ Transportation Bureau Shipping Bureau plans to ship ____, Party B agrees to carry. According to the requirements of the Contract Law and the ____ maritime transport management regulations, this contract is concluded after mutual agreement, so that both parties can abide by it.
Article 1 Transportation Method Party B shall dispatch a ship of __ tonnage, which shall be transported by __ port to __ port at the request of Party A, and shall be handled in accordance with the current charter shipping regulations.
Article 2 Party A shall concentrate the __ goods in __ port within __ days according to the time specified by Party B. After the goods are collected, Party B shall ship the ship within five days.
Article 3 Shipment Time When Party A contacts the arrival port and agrees to arrange the unloading, Party B shall implement and prepare to receive the goods. Shipment time, the goods are loaded within __ hours from the time the ship arrives at the port.
Article 4 Ships will be shipped to the port of destination within __ hours from the time of completion of the loading and delivery procedures. Otherwise, the delay fee shall be borne in accordance with Article 3 of the Product Regulations.
Article 5 The sailing party shall contact Party B to notify Party A to prepare for unloading after the ship has finished loading. If it is necessary to pilot, Party A shall also inform Party A to lead the pilot on time, and the expenses shall be borne by __ party.
Article 6 When unloading time, Party A shall ensure that Party B's ship arrives at the anchorage of __ port, and the cargo shall be unloaded within __ hours from the time of anchoring. Otherwise, Party A will pay the delay of RMB 0.075 per ton to Party B in excess of the time. During the loading and unloading process, due to the weather, the time for loading and unloading operations may be deducted according to the actual impact time by Party A and Party B.
Article 7 When the quality of transportation is loaded by Party B, Party A shall dispatch personnel to supervise and instruct the workers to operate according to the regulations. After loading the ship to seal the cabin, Party A may send the escort to accompany the ship. Party B guarantees the original original shipment. Except for the losses caused by the ship's safety conditions, Party A shall be responsible for the quantity and quality of the goods transported by ____.
Article 8 The transportation cost shall be __ yuan for the cargo freight rate according to the __ water freight first-class freight rate, and the empty driving fee shall be 50% of the freight cost. The total shipping cost shall be __ yuan, and shall be collected once.

Article 9 Settlement of Fees After the contract has been signed by both parties, Party A shall pay Party B a prepaid transportation fee of __ yuan. After the ship is unloaded, Party B shall settle the settlement with Party A with the evidence of transportation expenses, and refund more and less.
Article 10 The original of this contract is in duplicate, and each party shall hold one copy, one copy of __ share, and __ and other departments shall keep one record.
