Both Party A and Party B are based on the "Contract Law" and the relevant national transportation regulations, based on the principle of equality and mutual benefit. Party A shall entrust Party B to carry the relevant matters. After the friendship, full consultation, and the conclusion of this contract, so that both parties can abide by the implementation.

8. Party A entrusts Party B to collect the payment for the goods, and Party B guarantees that the bank transfer fee incurred to Party A within one week after receiving the payment shall be borne by Party A.

9. The goods entrusted by Party B to Party B shall not carry or hide dangerous goods and prohibited articles. Party A shall bear all legal and economic responsibilities for the investigation of the entrainment, hidden danger and embargoed items.

10. The goods entrusted by Party A to Party B shall be packaged in accordance with the requirements for safe transportation. Party B shall have the right to refuse to carry the goods if the packaging does not meet the requirements for safe transportation. Party A has the right to request Party B to repackage the goods that do not meet the packaging requirements, and Party A shall bear the expenses.

11. After receiving the goods from Party A, Party B shall, within the agreed time limit, deliver the goods to the place of delivery designated by Party A. Party B shall promptly notify Party A in the course of transportation due to natural disasters and special circumstances that cause force majeure, and both parties shall negotiate and handle it.

12. Party B shall bear the safety responsibility of Party A's goods before the consignee signs the receipt. The loss, shortness, damage and pollution of the goods shall be compensated by Party B according to the ex-factory price of the goods.

XIII. The goods carried by Party B shall be outsourced intact, and Party B shall not bear any loss of the goods in the package. After the consignee receives the goods and picks up the goods, Party B shall suspend Party A’s cargo safety responsibility.

14. Party B shall carry Party A's goods. In the course of transportation, due to natural disasters caused by force majeure, the goods shall be lost or destroyed. Party B shall not be liable for breach of contract and shall compensate Party A for the loss at the cost price.

15. Party A shall provide the following materials for each shipment, and Party A shall bear all losses caused by inconsistency or untrueness.
