A Survey Report on the Personality Psychological Quality of Guo Xiaosheng——A Survey of Guo Xiaosheng's Self-Consciousness

A Survey Report on the Personality Psychological Quality of Guo Xiaosheng——A Survey of Guo Xiaosheng's Self-Consciousness

I. One of the objectives of the survey “Quality Personalization” education experiment is to cultivate the subjective personality quality of students. In the psychological structure of personality, self-awareness is an important content, which reflects the degree of individual's understanding of oneself, and is a sign of the level of individual subjectivity.
Self-awareness is the subject's consciousness of oneself, including three levels: consciousness of one's own body and its state; consciousness of the state of physical activity of oneself; consciousness of mental activities such as one's own thinking, emotion, and will. When we understand the level of self-consciousness development of Guo Xiaosheng, we can examine from the aspects of physiology, intelligence, interpersonal relationship and social status. Therefore, we intend to investigate from the following aspects:
1. My physical health
2, my strengths in learning
3. My position in my classmates
4. My shortcomings, deficiencies and unsatisfactory behavior
5. My rights and obligations
6. I am such a person. Based on these contents, we have compiled a questionnaire for the Student Personality Self-Evaluation Handbook. Through questionnaires, we try to give students a quantitative measure of their self-awareness and subjective development level.

II. Surveyees This survey adopts stratified random sampling to extract 295 students from the first to sixth grade students. Specifically, there are 45 people in a class, 47 in the second class, 51 in three classes, 52 in four classes, 46 in five classes, and 54 in six classes.

Third, the survey results statistics my physical health

The survey results of this project are shown in Table 1-1.
Order characteristic number of people percentage
1 strong 90 31
2 Good 160 54
3 General 31 11
4 Weakness 10 3
5 more sick 4 1
From the statistical results in Table 1-1, 31% of students and 54% of students think that their physical condition is “strong or “good”, which means that most students are very satisfied or satisfied with their physiological conditions. This has laid a good psychological foundation for most students and has laid a good physiological foundation.
The results of my strengths in learning are shown in Table 1-2.
Table 1-2
Order item number of people
1 Painting 116 39
2 Work OK 77 26
3 singing 72 24
4 Doing a set of questions 63 21
5 reading 62 21
It can be seen from the statistical results in Table 1-2 that there are three of the top five – “painting”, “singing” and “reading aloud” are related to the interest group activities carried out by our school. This shows that the impact of conducting interest group activities on students is great. However, only 20% of students believe that their strengths are related to the general learning content. The main learning content of language, mathematics, and English is not well covered by students.
My status survey results among my classmates are shown in Table 1-3.
Table 1-3
Order characteristic number of people percentage
1 General 170 58
2 high 89 30
3 Unclear 21 7
4 low 15 5
From the results of Table 1-3, 30% of the students are very satisfied with their status in the classmates, and 58% of the students are satisfied with their status in the classmates, indicating the confidence level of these students. Only 5% of the people are dissatisfied with their situation, and 7% of the students are unclear about their status. This set of data affirmed to some extent the school's well-established class activities, but it also shows that it is necessary for the teachers to find their own satisfactory position in the class.
"My shortcomings, deficiencies and unsatisfactory behavior"
Among the survey results, the top six projects are selected as shown in Table 1-4.
Table 1-4
1~2 grade 3~6 grade order item percentage percentage of project person percentage
1 careless 47 51% carelessness 91 45%
2 too much watching TV 37 40% impatient 56 28%
3 Playful 29 32% wayward 54 24%
4 timid 28 30% greedy 53 26%
5 can't sit 26 26% good temper 49 24%
6 good temper 21 23% too much watching TV 48 24%
It can be seen from the statistical results in Table 1-4 that students in grades 1 to 6 have a common understanding of their own deficiencies. Such as "careless", "greedy play", "too much to watch TV", "good temper tantrum" and so on. Among them, “carelessness” is the most selected, and the lower grade has exceeded 50%, which shows that students pay great attention to their performance in the learning process. Of course, with age. There has also been a certain increase in the understanding of their own shortcomings. For example, 27% of students in the middle and upper grades recognize their “willfulness”, which has already involved the development of personality. In addition, students' self-control ability has also increased. For example, “too much watching TV” dropped from the second place in the lower grade to the sixth place in the middle and upper grades, and the proportion also dropped by 16%. The “greedy play” also dropped from the third place in the lower grade to the upper grade. Fourth place. The proportion has fallen by 6%.
My Rights and Obligations In this project, the number of selected options is shown in Table 1-5.
Table 1-5
Class number one 20
Two 7
Three 8
Four 11
Five 12
Six 27

From the results of Table 1-5, it can be seen that from the second grade to the sixth grade, students have a certain understanding of their rights and obligations, and the number of people is increasing from small to large. However, the total number is only 85, accounting for 50% of the total. This shows that the overall civic awareness and legal awareness of Guo Xiaosheng is not strong, which needs to be strengthened through school education.
I am the one who chooses the top five in this project. Table 1-6
Table 1-6
1~2 grade 3~6 grade order project person-time project person
1 Smart 38 has a special strength 89
2 Love learning 37 has imagination 71
3 like to make friends 28 smart 70
4 love labor 24 love neat 67
5 sensible 19 has a self-motivated 65
6 Obedient 17 Diligence 58

It can be seen from the results of Table 1-6 that the students in the lower grades are more general in their own understanding, and in the middle and upper grades, their understanding is more specific. Moreover, from the 3rd to 6th grades, the most popular "extraordinary" and "imaginative" students have a certain modern awareness, which means that the interest group activities carried out by our school have achieved great results.

Fourth, discuss the characteristics of national self-consciousness and development
1. A clearer awareness of one's own physiological conditions With the improvement of modern material living conditions, many children in the city have good living conditions, have good food and clothing, and have good physical development, so they are mostly satisfied with their physical condition. .
2. The development of school interest group activities has a greater impact on students' learning strengths.
Interest is the psychological tendency of manpower to seek, to explore something, or to engage in certain activities. It has important significance in people's life, work and study. It can enrich people's psychological life content, make people feel rich and happy, full of enthusiasm; it can stimulate people's curiosity, promote people to learn and explore, and thus develop intelligence; it can also give people a huge boost Power helps to improve the efficiency of the activity and even accomplish the task creatively. Therefore, over the years, Chaotian Elementary School has attached great importance to the cultivation of students' interests, vigorously carried out interest group activities, and cultivated students' multi-faceted abilities and strengths. The Chaotian Kingdom has achieved fruitful results in art, sports, and disciplines over the years. Therefore, in the survey, there were 240 people who thought that their strengths were related to the interest group. The concept of interest activity education for many years has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. Most of the middle and upper grade students think that they have certain modern qualities.
However, in the survey results, students' self-awareness in learning is relatively narrow, and often does not involve the main aspects of learning, indicating that students' level of understanding of what is learning and the main aspects of learning is relatively low.
3. The class collective plays an important role in the development of students' personality.
The influence of school education on the development of individual quality of students is based on the group of students participating in the class. Taking students as the main body and constructing the self-educational activity system of the class collective is an important experimental factor for the educational experiment of "quality individualization" in Chaotianguo. . In the past six years, we have adopted the student-centered design of collective goals, motivating students to self-education, and guiding students to participate in democratic management, so that each member of the group can play a successful role and find their own satisfaction. The position; organizational communication, optimizing the interpersonal structure of the class; building the self-education system of the class collective, developing the physical and mental qualities of each member of the group, and making the class full of equality, harmony, progress, and cooperation. The psychological atmosphere enables students to have a certain understanding of the class and the interpersonal relationship with the classmates, and the students' personality has been fully developed. Therefore, in the survey, many students are satisfied with their status in the class.
4. Due to the limited understanding and experience of the national students, their understanding of their own characteristics is not very clear.
Guo Xiaosheng's self-awareness is gradually developed through understanding the evaluation of others and understanding others' evaluation of himself in the mutual relationship and interaction with the people around him. Therefore, from the results of our survey, middle and upper-level students have more specific and clearer understanding and understanding of themselves, which has a guiding role for teachers to a certain extent. We require teachers to make appropriate evaluations of students, and at the same time guide students to evaluate others' or their inner qualities in various activities, which will greatly help to improve their self-awareness.
The typical example analyzes the small-scale classmates of the second class of six years. In the class, there is a student whose academic performance is relatively difficult to learn, especially in mathematics. In the questionnaire, she believes that her main shortcomings and shortcomings are: lack of courage to overcome difficulties; lack of ability to resist frustration; over-reliance on parents in life study; others can do things. It can be said that these shortcomings are an important reason for her unsatisfactory academic performance. But she can admit that she is an honest person and a brave person.
Despite this, the six classes and six classes as experimental classes have achieved remarkable results in class building and developing students' personality. The students in the class generally have strong self-confidence and dare to express themselves. Small farmers think that they are in good physical condition; they also have their own strengths in learning, such as reading, singing, speaking, etc.; although their status in classmates is not high due to the influence of academic performance, it is also a general level; The duty and the right to be enjoyed are relatively clear; I think that I am a person who has special strengths, is neat and tidy, has strong adaptability, and is good at making friends.
It can be seen that a small farmer is a cheerful and lively girl who dares to face his own shortcomings and does not hide his own merits. This is inseparable from the development level of the class. In this experimental class, everyone dares to express themselves, dare to participate in the election, and enthusiastically serve the class. In the sixth grade, small farmers also participated in the class campaign and became a health committee member.
Questionnaire design problems
1. When the questionnaire is done in the lower grades, the influence of the teacher's reading is very large. In the “My Rights and Obligations” section, the number of people in a total of 5 classes is up to
20 people, far more than the second, third, fourth and fifth grades. The reason may be the influence of the teacher's reading. Because the words recognized by the first-year students are limited, teachers need to do the exercises while doing so, so that students can concentrate on and deepen their understanding, while the students in other classes are completed independently.
2. The expression of the project affects the understanding of the students.
In the "I should be entitled to the basic rights" and "I should do my duty" project. Although the content of the options is divided into two different expressions, namely, the lower grades and the middle and upper grades, the students are “the basic rights that I should enjoy” and “the basic rights I enjoy” and “the obligations I should fulfill” and “I did it.” The meaning of "obligations" is not very clear, but confuse them. The original idea of the project "I am such a person" is to let students know their greatest characteristics, but many students still understand it as "the characteristics of my own" after the teacher explained it, so the choice is too much, resulting in statistical Difficulty.
